Chapter 31

Welcome to Arc 2

Now, let's pick back up where we left off shall we...

I keep running and once I think they've given up chasing me I stop to catch my breath, to make sure I look behind me and see nothing before someone grabs me and pulls me into a cave with them, "Let me go!"

The man quickly covers my mouth before whispering, "If you don't want them to find you then you have to trust me and just be quiet. Do you understand?"

I nod before he removes his hand and I get a clearer look at him, "Are you Tryndamere? What happened to you?"

His face has various bruises all over it along with his body but he doesn't respond as he starts walking away and I follow after him before we both hear footsteps from where we just were.

"I could've sworn I just heard voices." A man says before a gun cocks, "Wait! I swear I wasn't-"

The gunshot interrupts the man as he drops to the ground motionless and echoes off the cave walls as I cover my mouth to hide the noise of my gasp before Tryndamere grabs my arm and drags me with him.

Ahri's POV

"I'm starting to get concerned." Kai'sa says pacing back and forth, "Something just doesn't feel right."

"I'm sure they're fine." Akali says and Kai'sa stops, "Why're you so worried anyways?"

"I just don't want Eve to find out where he's gone and her to freak out." Kai'sa says causing both Akali and me to nod.

"We remember the last time that happened..." I trail off before shivering, "There was nothing left of that poor guy to find."

"Anyways... Shen just sent me the go ahead. So let's go see her, yeah?" Akali says standing up and then I stand up, "Race ya there."

"Akali-" Kai'sa says before stopping herself as Akali runs out the door, "The day she gets caught..."

"Nothing's going to happen, Bokkie." I say before patting her back, "Now, let's go."

Y/N's POV

"What're you doing 'round 'ere?" A man asks before grabbing my shoulder, "Your kind don't belong here."

"He's a paying customer, Gary, he's welcome any time, he's a regular anyways." Paul, the bartender, says.

"Fuck off, Polly, you aren't in this-" Gary says before my fist interrupts him.

Gary falls onto the floor before one of his friends grabbed a wooden chair and hits me with it.

"Bar fight!" Someone shouts before the bar erupts into a melee.

"Fuck me." Paul says before ducking as everyone starts fighting whoever is close to them.

I start punching the guy who hit me with the chair without remorse before Gary pulls me off of him and starts laying down his own flurry of punches on me. I'm able to start blocking his punches before I headbutt him and he falls off me. I get on top of him and start my turn of laying down punch after punch before Paul pulls me off and gets me outside through the back door.

"Go back to your girlfriend, Y/N, she'll make you look handsome again." Paul jokingly says before I lightly hit his shoulder, "See you later, kid."

"See ya, Paul." I say before stumbling away.

"Wake up." A woman says after smacking me.

"Who are you?" I ask both tired and irritated, "You sound very familiar."

"Don't you remember?" She asks stepping into the light and my eyes widen, "That look never gets old."

"Sejuani?" I ask and she nods, "How long has it been?"

"Too long." She says walking towards me, "I heard that you've made quite a name for yourself, Y/N."

"Shit." I think to myself as she sits next to me, "W-What are you doing here?"

"We're not where you think you are, Y/N." She says laying her head on my shoulder, "We're far away from there."

"That fucking snake." I mumble before I feel her shift next to me, "Sejuani, I have a girlfriend."

"The girl that abandoned you? Sorry excuse of one to me." She says taking her top off, "Now how about we take care of sealing the arrangements."

"Arrangements?" I ask before she grins, "Oh you've got to be shitting me."

Akali's POV

It feels weird seeing Eve with white hair, it's going to take some time getting used to that.

"It's nice seeing you girls." Eve says looking at us, "Is there anything I've missed?"

"Nothing Ahri couldn't cover." I say before she hits me, "Should I tell her about-"

"Shut it you." Ahri says pinching my cheek.

"About what?" Eve asks us in a curious tone.

"Y/N." I say before Ahri pinches my cheek harder, "Just the typical stuff, furry."

"Ahri has a new boyfriend?" Eve asks causing all of us to look at her, "Am I right?"

"Do you not remember him?" Kai'sa asks and Eve thinks for a second before shaking her head.

"That's... that's not good." I think to myself as Ahri lets go of my cheek.

Hey guys, well it's been two weeks but I haven't been able to catch up on the stories I was reading because my schedule got wrecked literally right after I published chapter 30.

Won't lie though, things started getting slightly better but things have just been going downhill for the past week or two and I'm back in that same mindset again. Anyways, I'll see y'all in the next chapter.
