"Coyanni" my eyes nearly popped out of my sockets.
"Coyanni Thomas?" I said trying to conform "yeah you know him or something?" Dd sat up.
"Yeah that's my brother" he stopped moving and we just looked at each other.
"Why didn't y'all look for him or reach out?!" He said getting up almost screaming at me.
"When he left I was only thirteen my mom didn't want him in the house..he didn't answer my calls-why are you yelling at me?" I said backing up.
"Bullshit y'all weak as hell it's y'all fault my nigga gone!" he said grabbing his phone.
"Mm" I nodded "how is it my fault?" I said getting angry.
How the hell is you going to blame me for my moms doing? I tried to call him every second I got!
It makes me angry that people blaming me for something I couldn't control.
I wish I could go back in prevent that whole argument every day.
I miss my brother.
"You don't even know how it went down! How is it my fault?!" I said pushing his shoulder.
He continued to ignore me "huh?!" I said pushing him once again.
"Tell me nigga!" I smacked my lips "yeah bitch aide you don't know anything" I said grabbing my phone and leaving from infront of the house.
I had no idea where I was but I wanna be far away from him as possible.
"Sanai! Get yo dumbass back here now!" I heard dd yell with a thick newyork accent.

I kept on walking .
"Pussy ass nigga" i huffed under my breath "how the hell is it my fault" I said as I got teary eyed.
I kept mumbling before I heard a call pull up to the side of me.
"Sanai get in the car" dd said making me wipe my tears quickly.
I got in the passenger seat and looked directly out my window.
"I'm sorry" I heard him mutter "Ian know allat shit"
"Can you tell me what happened?" He asked making me role my eyes.
"My brother came home from selling..I guess my moms church friends told her what he does"
"There was more to it..he was in some type of gang" dd sighed.
"My mom got made and started throwing shit" I said rubbing my eye.
"She kicked him out and..he said he would comeback for me"
"I called him for two years..he never answered" I said playing with my chipped nails.
"I didn't wanna stay here by myself. Things have gotten even worse then it should have" I said wiping the sweat of my forehead.
"Damn" he mumbled "you can stay with me" he said making me laugh.
"I don't wanna get you in any trouble" I said.
I really just don't wanna depend on anyone. I just wanna find my brother and live happily.
