Home Economic is a pretty boring class for me but I still did my best to listen to our teacher. She was explaining how to make a white sauce for a carbonara, which is already known to me.

I mean, in a house full of boys, where we have an inside joke about a 'lachimolala' from Jimin, I'm bound to learn how to cook it myself and all credits to Park Jay, the official cook of the house.

He was the one to insist I choose this class and I know he knew better for me, so I agree and keep on listening.

I pretend I'm taking notes but instead start doodling my mind kept on imagining about. Like drawing those ingredients a cartoon figure like the sausage and pasta.

Slowly I can make a universe like the Gumballs from the Nickelodeon or was it from Disney? I can't exactly remember where I watched it. Anything is better than listening to a recipe I've learnt a long time ago.

When I look up at Mrs. Cho, she's giving us a homework and I'm more than happy to hear it.

After quickly copying down what she wrote on the white board, she dismissed us. I shove all my books into my bag and get ready to meet one of my brother for lunch.

When I step out into the hall, I get ready to go to my locker but my plan is quickly stopped.

"Hey", a high pitched voice says. I face the voice to see a girl. She's almost the same height as I, with long blonde hair and a cute dimples on both side of her mouth.

"Uh hey", I reply, giving her a curt wave before walking to put my books in my locker.

She quickly follows after me saying, "No, I wanted to talk, newbie"

"Oh, okay", I tell her as she kept up with meas I walk, getting closer to my locker.

"My name is Kim Jiwon, but everyone here just calls me Liz. So we're doing a cheer auditions today. With your figure and height, you should come", She says, handing me a flier.

"Well, thank you but I'm gonna go focus on my academics for a while. I just moved here and I'm still just adjusting. Thanks for the offer though", I say, trying to hand the flier back but she pushes it to me again.

She smiles, "Keep it. We'll always be available at the gym"

Giving me a little wave, she walks away, still smiling before disappearing into the crowd of students milling around.

Tucking my flier into my bag, I'm positive I'm not going to sign up but it was nice of her to offer. I walk into the cafeteria and look around for Sunghoon, trying to find him since he said we were going to meet here for lunch.

As if on cue, my phone goes off.

sunghoon: i'm gonna go get a tiramisu slice outside school. want something?

jade: you left me? and now i need to snitch on the older twin for this!

sunghoon: he's with me. we'll be back in 15 mins.

jade: hurry, hoonhoon and a matcha slice please.

I sigh and look up. I don't want to sit by myself looking like a loner and I sure as hell don't want to see with someone I don't know.

I turn around for the exit and decided I will just wait for the twins outside until they get back.

When I get outside, I'm pleasantly surprised to feel that it's warmer than usual. It isn't too uncomfortable to walk around here.

I head over to a bench and sit down, crossing my legs under myself, trying to soak in any sun left.

Giving Jimin a call, I wait for him to answer as my eyes wander around the corner.
