He really didn't wanted to leave but he had to. He didn't feel like fighting. He wanted peace.
But at the same time he thought would she care if he died in the war would she think of him everyday has she thought of him since last night? Probably not.
When he finally got out of bed he got dressed in his armor and took R2 of the charger.
He didn't even felt like eating so he just left to the hangar and hoped Obi-Wan wouldn't get mad because he is late.
