The music in the club was blaring, and you could barely hear Haru even as she was yelling. You ended up pretending as if you knew what she was saying. After a while, you watched as Haru left the bar to go dancing, leaving you alone. Haru going to go dance worked in your favour; you didn't want her to see you sulking, staring into your drink. You sighed, and you took a sip.

You didn't want to admit how much you were still hurting from earlier that day. No matter how hard you wanted to try, you couldn't forget the image of Keigo walking away. Taking your phone out of your purse, you looked at the screen, hoping you'd see his name popping up in your notifications. You knew how pathetic you were, hoping for someone to talk to you that didn't want to.

Feeling a tap on your shoulder, you turned around, hoping for whatever reason Keigo was there. But to your disappointment, the person turns out to be your childhood friend Toyomitsu Taishirou. You hadn't seen him since you were both teens; even then, it was rare, considering he attended UA. You gave Taishirou a meek smile. It was all you could muster up.

"What are you doing in a club?" You questioned Taishirou, knowing he's a pro hero and probably had better things to do. You can't deny it was nice to see him, but you couldn't help but notice he was painfully out of place, not because of his appearance but because this wasn't a place he'd even thought of going to.

Taishirou took a seat next to you; he was in his skinny form, so nobody had even noticed he was in the club. "I could be asking you the same thing, but I'm here for work," Taishirou whispered the last part in your ear.

"Having myself a party," you grumbled sarcastically, taking another sip of your drink. Now you were confident that you were somehow even more pathetic than before. Your cheeks started to redden as the alcohol kicked in; you picked up your phone to see if Keigo had texted you.

"Who are you waiting for?" Taishirou took notice of the look on your face. He couldn't help but notice how sad you looked. "Did you have a fight with your boyfriend?"

Shaking your head, you looked at the blond man, "no, he's not my boyfriend, and we didn't have a fight." It probably would've been so much easier if you and Keigo did fight.

Taishirou looked away from you, running a hand through his hair. You weren't sure if it was because you had so many drinks, but you decided that Taishirou would be the man you'd use to get over Keigo. Sure, you felt wrong about even thinking of using him, but you couldn't help it. Looping an arm in his, you leaned closer to him.

"Would you like to come back to my place?" You whispered in Taishirou's ear. Turning his head quickly to meet your eyes, he looked shocked. As if he wanted to say something but couldn't find the words. Gulping, he nodded in a response he had never had a girl ask him, let alone a girl he's known for what felt like forever.

You smiled, leaving money on the bar under your glass. Grabbing Taishirou's hand, you lead him to the door. Once leaving the club, the cold air hits both of your faces.

"My car is around back," Taishirou indicated as he took the lead. Once you both got to his car, he opened the door for you before getting in the driver's side.

You didn't live too far from the club that you frequented with friends. The drive lasted only a few minutes; once parked outside the dorm building, you both exited the car. You grabbed Taishirou by the collar of his shirt, bringing him down to your face, pressing your lips hungrily to his. Taishirou's hands found your hips pulling you closer as he deepened the kiss. Breaking free for air, both of you were panting.

"Should we go inside?" You nibbled at his ear. Wiggling out of his grip, you lead the way to the floor where your room was.

There was a familiar figure at your door, which caused you to stop dead in your tracks. You felt as if there was a lump in your throat. Those crimson-red wings, you knew them anywhere. The figure turned to you and Taishirou; it was Keigo standing outside your door. Your hand let go of Taishirou's.
