Chapter : 3

"I like the night. Without the dark, we'd never see the stars"

My eyes quivered open as the bright rays of the sun hit my face. My phone was still in the same place I had left it, I checked the time and it was 12:26 pm, "was I that tired "?

I got up and headed straight to the bathroom to take a shower, "I didn't understand how people can just change clothes and not take a shower, it's revolting.

I took a shower and searched through my drawer for something that didn't have holes in it or wasn't too small.

I ultimately found a white crop top and a pair of short jeans pants and paired them with my black shoes.

I decided that going on a walk would be the best thing to do since I didn't have work today."I liked when I didn't have work but I missed May sometimes. If it wasn't for her and my best friend I don't know what I would do.

I walked down the familiar cobbled street as people flooded the area. kids, adults, couples, and even pets were out.

I saw how affectionate parents were toward their kids, "I couldn't help but be grateful that there were people in the world who truly cared for their children.

The aroma of bread and pastries filled the air with its scent. I couldn't help but stop and purchase a box of pastries.

"I thanked the lady and went on my way, it was the same place where I met… Leonardo last night, the thought of him made me think.

"I'm pretty sure my stomach was filled with those flapping insects"

I stood there and took in the scenery of the ocean, and the smell of the fresh ocean breeze.

I felt my phone ringing with "Ally❤️" visible on the screen.

"Heyy" ally what's up?" Nothing much, is still up for the club tonight?" of course! Ok well, go by… 12? Yeah, "see you later sil"

"Allison was my best friend since we were little, she would always be the one to get me out of trouble and stick up for me, "I frankly don't know what I'd do without her.

I stood and took in some more of the beauty of the ocean before I decided that it was time to go home since it was getting quite late.

" I began to walk home and got that unsettling feeling that I was being watched.

I started to walk, because If I was being followed then I would need to get out of this place.

I eventually reached my house, I went inside and threw all my stuff in a corner, I went into my room and fell straight onto my bed. Not long after sleep overtook me.

I was woken up by knocking on my door, "Silver wake your ass up we have to get ready"

Coming I shout, with sleep very much visible in my voice, "come in"Ally squealed as she saw me at the door"let's get ready, tonight is going to be so fun. "yeah it is"

Ally and I went to my room and threw on our outfits. Ally had on a short tight black skirt with a cropped black spaghetti strap shirt. I found an outfit similar to Ally's, it was a short black spaghetti-strap dress which I paired with a black jacket."I used some of that cheap foundation to cover up some of the faded marks.

Ally often asked me how I got them. I would brush it off and say, I fell down the stairs when I was little or some other lame reason. I knew she knew I was lying, but I'm grateful that she didn't ask further.

"you ready sil"? Yeah, I'm ready. "You look good bitch" Ally exclaimed. Same to you.

We flagged down a cab and gave them the location in which we were headed.

We paid the driver and went out of the cab, the vibration of the bass made the floor vibrate. We went up to the bouncer and showed him our IDs, he verified that we had all of the qualifications, gave us a nod, and let us through.

We headed toward the bar and ordered drinks, Ally got a mascot mule, and I got a classic Margarita.

We pushed our way through the crowd of people to get to the dance floor, we started to dance to the music, with our bodies rolling and swaying to every beat of the music.

The way that I and Ally were dancing with each other, people would speculate that we were lesbians, but we were just two best friends trying to escape from reality.

I heard a deep voice and turned to see a tall man with blonde hair "a dance gatina"? "You only live once so I accepted.

His hands started to roam all over my body, with me dancing all over him, his hands cuffed my ass, which made me yelp, I opened my eyes and saw a familiar pair of gray eyes, I closed and opened my eyes, but to my surprise, I didn't see them anymore.

I instantly pulled away from the man, he tried to yank me back but I hurriedly went to the bathroom.

"Since the bathroom was further away from the club it was a lot quieter. I bumped into a few people making out but I just ignored them.

I went into a stall and locked the door, I stayed in there for a few minutes until I thought it was the right time to leave "when I heard two people fucking"

I left the bathroom and started to walk back until I felt a hand grip my neck and pinned me against the wall."Get your fucking hands off of me" I screamed, "You think you can just walk away from me, he said with venom in his voice.

I struggled to exempt myself from his hold but it didn't work, so I kicked him straight in his dick, which made him fall straight to the floor." you fucking bitch" he screamed at me. 

I collapsed to the floor trying to catch my breath, I felt a slap come across my face until I looked up at another guy, he grabbed my hand and dragged me to my feet."Please, I

 Begged, fighting back tears, "I wonder how you taste" please don't, as I watched him undo his pants.

I was too weak to fight back, preparing myself for what was to come. Until I felt his grip lose as he fell to the floor, I looked up and saw the pair of grey eyes "you ok Bella?" I nod my head.

Frederick, you know what to do, he started, as I watched him pull out a knife and plunged it straight into their eyes, took out their eyes, threw it to the ground, and stomped on them.

People in my situation would be scared but being the psychotic bitch that I was it was amusing, at least that's what I wanted it to be.

Leonardo turned to me "let's get you home 

Shall we Bella", I nod trying to hold back tears, not because was scared, but because it brought back memories of my father's abuse, which reopened scars, " I didn't notice I wasn't moving until I felt two arms wrap around me,

The next thing I noticed was me in his car, driving me home. "Leonardo ?" hmm" please stay with me," I noticed his body tense up. The next thing I felt was sleep consuming me.

My eyes quivered open, but I wasn't in my room, it was. different, wait …. Am I at his…house!
