"Nigga you fucking suck." I told Asante as he struggled on the game.
"Fuck you, my controller dying."
"Nigga that shit is in full battery, give me that shit." Jared replied before snatching it out of his hands
"Man whatever." He chuckled before sitting back and scrolling on his phone.
After a while he sat back up before smiling.
"Aniyah just send me a invite to this event being hosted at cloud 9."
"That club on 9th street ?" Jared asked and Asante nodded
"I think that's the move tonight, it starts in another hour." Asante shrugged
"Y'all got that shit, i'm still sore as hell" I replied
"Sore ? that's because you ain't smoked all day, by the time you finish rolling up cob webs gon grow in yo mama's pussy." Jared mumbled causing for me to look up.
"Nigga you roll up, y'all got this synthetic ass weed, and y'all too grown to be smoking swishers, I asked for a backwood what the fuck is this?" I asked before holding up the swisher and tossing it at him
"They didn't have backwoods" Asante mumbled
"How bout this, i'll stop and get sone woods, you grind and being the weed, we off our asses for the rest of the night." Jared suggested causing for me to chuckle
"Y'all niggas is corny, get out." I added before sitting my controller down.
"9:00!" Asante yelled before I shut the door in his face and sighed.
I wasn't really a going out every night nigga, but I do work hard as fuck, so I don't be minding to get out every once in a while
I went ahead and took a shower, but once I got out I noticed that my phone was going off. I had a few missed called from my ma so I called her back immediately
"You straight ?" I asked
"Your sister snuck out!"
"What ?" I replied
"Skylar!! I don't know where she is she turned her location off! something could've happened to her Nova-"
"Ma breath.. If she turned her location off purposefully then she's okay, did she ask you to go anywhere tonight, anything going on ?" I asked before throwing a shirt on
"No! she came back in with Zaeda and that was the last I heard from her. Zaeda mentioned that she took her and her friends to the mall, and I tried calling those friend's parents but I didn't get much of a response"
"Send me Zaeda's number." I told her
"She would've told me if Sky was planning some stupid shit like this."
"Ma just give it to me." I sighed
"We'll find her, just calm down ight ?" I reassured her before hanging up.
I hesitantly called Zaeda and after a couple of ring she answered
"...Hello?"
"Aye you heard from my sister ?" I asked
"Who is this ?" She replied causing for me to smack my teeth
"Nova, have you heard from Sky ?" I questioned
"No I dropped her off earlier, why is she ok ?" she asked
"Nah, never mind then." I replied
"Hold on, what's wrong??" She asked, preventing me from hanging up.
