Saleh Ishmael.

Heavy rain fell from the gloomy skies early in the afternoon as the 24 year old had just came down the subway steps headed for the train so he could make it to his job.

Closing his umbrella, he shook it off and patiently waited for the train to come as other strangers around him spoke amongst one another.

Feeling eyes on him, Saleh looked over just as he made eye contact with a group of girls who clearly looked to be too young for him, the book bags on their backs supporting that theory completely.

The girl he'd made eye contact with smiled and looked over at her friends, whispering clearly talking about him but paid it no mind and looked away, laughing softly to himself about the small incident.

Just scanning his surroundings, he briefly looked over at some guy next.

He was standing by himself with his airpods in, jamming to the songs playing In his head to pass time as they all waited for the same train.

Looking away, he'd wanted to do the same thing as he started digging in his pocket to grab his when he realized he'd left them on his bed when he left out in a hurry after waking up late.

Sucking his teeth, he grumbled under his breath before simply deciding to just stare at the wall full of dirt, graffiti and god knows what else.

But, that feeling of someone's eyes on him came once again.

This time, the eerie hairs on the back of his neck standing up as well.

Looking over, his eyes met with the same girl who was gazing at him from earlier, but this time her smile was gone and all of her friends were looking at him weirdly followed by their whispering.

Thinking it was weird, he looked away and just tried to ignore it once again.

Not even a second later he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

He was going to ignore it since he'd heard the train coming up, when the vibrating became incessant, getting multiple buzzes at once it seemed.

Pulling out his phone, he decided to check it while simultaneously walking slowly yet closer to the edge of the platform so he'd be ready to step inside of the train.

He went to take another step when he clicked on his friend's DM from Instagram.

Aye my nigga this real?
