Innocent words can start the blaze
Fueled by misunderstandings and mistakes
It leaves you staring through a crimson haze
And through misery it makes you wade
Power and conquest are yours for the taking
But it's you and your family that end up breaking
Your wife and kids in the corner quaking
The beast inside, abruptly awakened
Drowning and burning
In blood and fire
Deeper your sinking
As the flames rise higher
