Roxy Morgan is a TO at the LAPD police department. She has been working there for 5 years, and she hasn't dated anyone for 3 years ever since her husband, Zack McGee left her and her 1 moth old baby, Arrow Morgan. 3 months later she died from a sickness that was unknown to this day. Her husband was on drugs and stuff before he left, he was very abusive to Roxy. She put a restraining order against him 2 days after he left.
