Noelle's Perspective
It was only a little past midnight. My hair was dampened from the bath I'd taken and the minty breath flowed in the air as I walked out of the lavatories, wiping my eyes with the Gryffindor towel.
"Ellis."
My steps took a pause and I stared up, watching the Head Girl, Emily Wile, who had been promoted from Prefect, standing arms crossed with a pouty look on her face.
I thought I was in trouble from the look of annoyance.
"....Yes?"
Wile's arms uncrossed and her feet stomped. "Reckon, I told you to stop giving the common's password to the Slytherins."
"What?" The thoughts weren't processing. "Why would—"
"Sebastian Sallow," Emily confirmed my confusion, but then sighed, looking over the rusty stairs that gave a view to the common's lower floor. "He's just bloody sitting there in our sofa by the fireplace?"
There was redness in my face from the reveal. The post-bath temperature hadn't helped how I felt, but the news of hearing Sebastian be a floor down was out of the loop. He hadn't been here since last year.
"Tell him to leave, Ellis," Wile warned, lifting two fingers at me and then rolling her eyes. "He has two minutes or I write both of you up!"
"Okay, okay," I said, watching the tall Head Girl shoulder me roughly with a 'hmp' sound. "Geez."
The towel I held was now thrown over the nearest dirty laundry basket for the elves to pick up soon and then, my body flopped down the spiral stairs of the Gryffindor common.
A yawn escaped me, and I wiped my eyes several times in the process. It was late. Curfew was most likely in place, yet, I wanted to see with my own eyes why Sebastian Sallow was here so late.
His body laid comfortably back on the maroon colored chair that had been close-by in the fireplace. The brown locks tousled over his head, displaying a sleepy look himself, but regardless, if it weren't for his Slytherin buttoned up long sleeve, I'd think he belong in this house.
"Captain," I cooed from behind, spotting him off guard. "--don't you have a cold bed in the dungeons to lay in at this time?"
Sebastian's head raised up, finding my eyes from above the chair and then turned, bringing his weight up to stand across me, proving that my height over the chair was just an illusion.
"I do have a cold bed waiting for me in the dungeons," He smirked, keeping his hands inside his pants' pockets. "But you aren't there."
What a flirt he was. He almost caught me with it, but I'd been a little tired from the school day to fond over it.
A small grin grew on me and my head tilted slightly to the side, admiring him for a bit. "Sebastian, you know you can't—"
He removed his hands from his pockets and raised them, knowing what I was going to say. "I know, I know. I'm full of trouble," he sighed a bit guilty, but then stared at me. "I was just making my annual visit."
