Ice Age: A Summer Disaster

The sky was still grey, but the clouds have cleared off and the storm was no more. The sea was still wild as it took its time to cool off and be the same calm ocean as it was before. The beach of an unknown island was scattered with broken wood, leaves and it was everywhere, the boat has been completely immobilized

Peaches was soaking wet and laid unconscious in the sand, barely breathing, but still alive. She groaned and coughed as she opened her eyes and tried to get on her feet, she wobbled for a while, but got stable once she spotted Shira laying on a small rock, making it hard for her to breath

"Shira!" Peaches gasped as she hurried over to her and carefully put her down on the sand, seeing her cough and wake up while shaking the water off her fur

"Are you ok?" Peaches asked worried

"Yeah, but where are the others?" Shira asked as they scanned the beach, looking for Sid, Louis and Noa

"Louis!" Peaches called out

"Sid! Noa!" Shira shouted

They spotted a small creature laying under the leaves and trying to crawl out from under there, it was none other than Louis and he too was soaking wet and the spikes in his back were covered with leaves

"Louis! Oh, my god, you're ok!" Peaches cheered as she carefully picked him up and hugged him with her trunk

"Could've been better" Louis admitted with a small sincere smile

Then they heard someone gasping and hyperventilating in the distance, just blatant panic and immediately made their way towards the sound and there they saw it. It was Sid with his lower body buried under the sand and two human feet sticking out of it as he held the feet tightly and shook them while leaning back against the destroyed boat and breathed unevenly

"Sid?"

"I can't feel my feet anymore, I can't feel my feet anymore! I'm paralyzed!" Sid screamed in panic

Just then, Noa appeared from under the wreck behind Sid, completely soaked and covered in sand as she coughed heavily and gasped for air

"Those are my feet!" Noa told him as Sid sighed in relief and tried to dig himself out of the sand

With the help of Peaches and Shira, they both got them out of the sand and everyone was together now. Noa was tapping the side of her head to get the rest of the sand out of her ear while the others were astonished by the wrecked boat and the fact that they had no idea where they are right now

Noa cleared her throat as she sucked her teeth and admitted

"In hindsight, this was a bad idea"

"You think?" Louis asked

"Alright, we really don't have to worry. All we need to do is find new material, rebuild the boat and go back home" Shira stated

"But we don't even know where we are" Sid argued as Louis nodded

"Which course should we take once we're leaving this place?"

"Look, we really shouldn't worry. Manny and the others know that we're gone by now, they're gonna come get to us somehow. In the meantime, we can all just relax, explore this island for all I care and then repair the boat" Noa suggested as everyone reluctantly agreed

"Ok, we'll relax for a while and explore this island. But once we're done, we're hoarding food and repairing the boat and go back home" Shira stated

Everyone nodded once again and started scraping the wreck together for later and the first thing Noa had to do was helping Peaches scrape some barnacles off her hooves and had to help Louis to get small sea creatures out of his ears
