It was the morning of the big cookout where l'm throwing for my baby sister Nadia who moved here recently to start her own fashion design business she's found a spot to open up own clothing boutique. I'm so proud of her
But I'm mad at Chris for putting Nadia in the middle of her mess, she's got herself into hopefully she herself together soon. I'm not gonna nothing spoil my good mood
I've looking forward in having company over between our jobs the kids we didn't have a lot of time for socializing. I decided to let Stef rest this pregnancy has been kicking her butt lately four more months to go and it will be over, she complains about her back been giving her trouble. I scheduled her spa day to have the full treatment, l'm will to do everything in my power to make my baby to feel comfortable. I know she's not her best but there's nothing I wouldn't do for her and our daughters she's carrying, l know l've been working long hours at the clinic. Since she's out on maternity leave from the district attorney's office, luckily her boss approved for her to have seven months off. She's still being paid while she's out of work, Olivia Alex and their daughter Maya should be coming over early to help me out. I told Nadia and janique to come over around 3:00 pm, Francesca and Xander might swing through for a little while to spend some time with their aunties and cousin. It's still hard to believe Alex and Olivia moved all the way down here from Manhattan New York. We loss touch with each other
Their like my second mom's to me l lived with them my last three years of high school and then I went off to college. They helped me get through some of the difficult times in my life, l put the table cloth on the long table
The guy did an amazing job with the lawn. He mowed the grass down smoothly, l head to the garage to get out the lounge chairs out. We brought them last year, l think we're gonna do a lot of cookouts this summer. We have Stef's baby shower here instead of the reck center
It's private and cosey she might feel comfortable in her own home. I carried the chairs. I have someone coming later this week to paint the nursery for the babies room
I decided on a princess theme, pink and white are the colors are we agreed on. I just need to figure out how am l gonna get Stef out of the house, for a few hours so they can complete the job. Hopefully by the end of the week
I should have something planned for us to do. Maybe l can get Alex and Olivia to Stef out some where, until the painters finish painting the nursery. Stef's gonna be so surprised. I been writing down a few ideas, l looked down at my watch, and saw it was going on 1:00 in the afternoon. Alex Olivia and Maya should be on their way over to the house, l need to get showered and dress before everybody gets here. The yard was clean to perfection
