"main ye kar sakta hun...hmm I can do it...I have to do it...apni Akshu ko bachane ke liye main kuch bhi karne ko taiyar hun....kuch bhi..." Abhi murmured. 

"that's the spirit Abhimanyu....jaldi karo, blood already bohot beh chuka hai" Mahima said. "ji tai ji"

Operation started. Abhimanyu was doing the surgery and Rohan was helping him as his assistant.

"pata nhi meri bacchi ko kiski nazar lag gayi...aise kaise ye sab ho gya kahin use kuch ho gaya to" Manish murmured and tears came in his eyes. 

"nhi Manish ji use kuch nhi hoga...aur bat hai nazar ki to nazar ka to pata nahi par humari Akshu bohot strong hai aur phir uske sath Abhimanyu bhi to hai na....use kuch nhi hoga kuch bhi nhi" Swarna said.

"humari Akshu se sath hi humesha aisa kyu hota hai...pehle Kartik aur Naira ko kho diya phir Aarohi ki wajah se dur jana pada....aur jab dono behno mein baatein suljhi to ab ye.." Suhasini said and started crying. Swarna comforted her.

Aarohi was staring at her. "kya? Akshu ne bohot suffer kiya hai I know par ye bat wapas laane ki kya jarurat thi....aur sirf usne hi nhi mumma papa ko khoya hai...maine bhi to khoya hai na...sab humesha Akshu ko hi kyun itni bechaari samjhte hain" She said to herself and left from there.

"ye Aaru kyu chali gayi" Swarna asked. "ho sakta hai koi jaruri kam aa gaya ho" Akhilesh said. "is se jada jaruri kya hoga" Manish murmured.

Inside OT :-

"Rohan! last Injection!!" Abhi said. "yes sir...ho gaya". "(sigh...) Operation successful" Abhi said and stepped back and sat on the floor and started crying. 

"tum thik ho AKshu! tum bilkul thik ho"

He came outside. "A-Akshara thik hai naa Abhimanyu beta?" Manish asked. "hmm wo bilkul thik hai...operation successful" Abhi said and wiped his tears. 

Everyone was happy. After 3 hours, Akshu opened her eyes and saw Abhi there. "A-Abhi!" she whispered. "Akshu!!!" Abhi said, wiped his tears and kissed Akshu's hand 3-4 times. "I love you..."

"I love you too Abhi!" Akshu whispered again but she was having problem in speaking. "Its ok tum abhi shant raho....main to bas itna kehna chahta hun ki agar tumhe kuch ho jata naa to main mar jaata" Abhi said and kissed her hand again.

"m-m-mere sath tum ho to mujhe kuch kaise ho sakta hai Abhi" she said. "acha bas ab shant raho tum hmm!" Abhi said. Akshu nodded & Abhi kissed her forehead and came outside.

"Akshu thik hai use hosh bhi aa gaya hai....aap log us se mil sakte hain lekin please koi sawal mat kariega...she is having problem in speaking, wo uske vocal cord side bhi chot thi naa pehle to laga minor hi hai but kaafi hai...t-thoda t-time lagega thik hone mein to please us se kuch aisa mat kahiyega jis se use jada bolna pade" Abhi said.

"h-han thik hai" Manish & Swarna said. They meet Akshara. "B-bade papa" Akshu whispered. "shh!! jada mat bol hum to bas tujhe dekhne aaye hain beta...tu ek bar thik ho jaye to hum ache se baatein karenge" Manish said. Akshara nodded. Kairav kissed her forehead "tu jaldi se thik ho jaa phir main, tu, Aaru, Vansh bhaiya sab milke night party karenge aur tu gaana bhi gana" Kairav said. 

"gana! main gana kaise gaungi" Akshu said. Abhi entered and said "tum ekdam ache se gaana gaa sakti ho....thoda time to lagega na...ye lo methi dana ka kadha laaya hun" 

She drank it and slept.
