the trapdoor lifted and Harry put on the invisibility cloak. There was loud chatter and lots and lots of people. He walked around and saw Neville and some other kids eating lollipops and all different kinds of stuff he's never seen or heard before.
While Harry is honeydukes and exploring everything Hermione and Ron are the shrieking shack.
"It's meant to be the most haunted building in Britain did I mention that?" Hermione asked as she eagerly looked at the building in front of her
"Twice." Ron added annoyed
"Should we move a bit closer?"
ron looked up quickly a tint of blush flooding his cheeks "huh?" He asked flustered but then realized Hermione was talking about moving closer to the shrieking shack and his smile dropped "oh. All right." he said sadly
They took a step forward. Just one step. And then stopped
"Actually it's fine from here" Ron said
"Perfect" said Hermione while clasping her hands and just then three voices echoed and figures started to appear. Malfoy. Crabbe. Goyle. they were all there
"Well , well look who's here. You two shopping for your dream home? Seems a bit grand for you weasel-bee. Doesn't your family all sleep in one room?" Draco said mockingly
"Shut your mouth Malfoy!" Ron shouted
"ouuuu" crabbe and goyle yelled
Draco clicked his tongue "now that's not very friendly. Boys, I think we're going to have to teach Weasel-bee to respect his superiors" Draco said laughing
Hermione scoffed "I hope you don't mean yourself" Hermione spat
Draco went from smiling to looking disgusted as he heard Hermiones voice and looked at her
"How dare you speak to me, you filthy little mud-"
Before he could finish his sentence a snowball was thrown to his face
He turned around quickly "WHO DID THAT?" Draco snapped
Harry threw five more snowballs hitting Draco so hard he fell while crabbe and goyle looked around in confusion
"WELL DONT JUST STAND THERE" Draco yelled to crabbe and goyle as he tried to get up
Crabbe and goyle start to run towards Ron and Hermione when they suddenly their knees went out and they fell head first.
Draco finally managed to get up and he started to slowly walk away "wait there's something here" he said as he saw a figure throwing snowballs before there was another thrown at him "AHH" he yelled and ran away
"WAIT MALFOY!" crabbe yelled
As the three started to run away Ron and Hermione stood there confused. They both gave weird glances when suddenly someone started to play with their hats and hair and they instantly knew it was Harry
"Harry!" Hermione said chuckling
Harry took off the invisibility cloak and grinned as he began to start laughing
"bloody hell harry! That wasn't funny!" Ron said angrily before slowly starting to smile and then bursting out into laughter
The three of them where walking around hogsmeade
"Those weasels never told me anything about the marauders map!" Ron said angrily
"But Harry isn't going to keep it. He's going to turn it over to professor mcgonall aren't you?" Hermione Said as he looked at Harry grinning slowly
"Oh sure. Along with his invisibility cloak, his pack of exploding snap cards and his-"
"Oh shut up!" Hermione Said interrupting Ron
and she hit him slightly
As the trio talked and talked over stupid stuff happening at school and Hermione giving them lectures on to why not break the rules which of course they've done a million times Cornelius fudge appeared .
"Rosmerta , m'dear!" he yelled as Hagrid slung open the door to a pub and fudge joined mcgonagall and rosmerta in the three broomsticks pub
The trio stared at them curiously
"That's rosmerta ron fancies her" said Hermione
"I DO NOT!" said Ron as he playfully hit Hermione on the shoulder
"Shhh" Hermione said and pushed Ron off her
"I trust bussiness is good?" Asked Cornelius
"It'd be right sight better if the ministry wasn't sending dementors into my pub every other night" said rosmerta clearly annoyed
"We have a killer on the loose" said fudge trying to whisper it but it came awfully loud enough for the trio to hear at least
"Sirius black? In hogsmeade! And what would bring him here?" Asked rosmerta curiously
"Harry potter." He responded
"Harry potter?!"
Fudge nodded and he looked around and then nudged his head towards the pub and leaded rosmerta and mcgonagall inside
As Hermione and Ron stood there they realized there was footprints in the snow walking towards the pub
"Harry?!" Hermione yelled
He ignored them and walked into the pub and he walked past a sign that said 'no underage wizards' and almost collided with some strange patrons.
Hermione and Ron chased after him but were kicked out and they both looked at each other and sighed and headed over to sit down on a tree branch on the ground
Harry hurried up the stairs trailing behind fudge and mcgonagall rosmerta lead them to a dark room and Harry tried to get in but I was too late the door was shut right in his face.
He quietly opened the door and it creaked but not loud enough to hear
"Come on then let's hear it" said rosmerta
"Years ago when Harry potters parents where marked for death they went into hiding. Few of them knew where they were. One who did was black and he told you-know-who" said mcgonagall as she bit her lip
"Yes. I've heard this rot. It was all over the daily prophet back in the day. And I'll say now what I said then. Of all of the boys I ran out of here, blacks the last who would've gone over to the dark side. Hearsay. That's all the ministry had." Rosmerta said
"Ha! Tell that to Peter pettigrew" said fudge
"Peter pettigrew? What's he got to do with it?" Asked rosmerta curiously
"Black was vicious. He didn't kill him pettigrew. He destroyed him. A finger. That's all that was left. A finger —- there's your hearsay." Said fudge
Rosmerta bit her lip and looked at mcgonagall
"Sirius black may not have put his hands to the potters, but he's the reason their dead. And now he wants to finish what he destroyed."
"Harry."
Mcgonagall nods but she looks pained
"But that's not the worst of it"
"What could be worse?"
"This Sirius black was and remains Harry potters godfather."
As soon as those words come out of mcgonagalls mouth Harry freezes. He tenses up and he could feel tears starting to form in his eyes and he quickly runs out.
Hermione and Ron saw the footprints and soon started trailing behind him. The footprints end when they reach the rocky outcrop and sobs are heard. Hermione gently kneels on the floor and removes the cloak from Harry and his eyes were red and he was crying. It was rare to see Harry cry he was strong and he usually never cried which concerned her even more.
"He was there friend. And he betrayed them. He was their friend!" Harry yelled as he violently sobbed. He managed to calm himself down a bit before speaking again
"I hope he finds me. But when he does, I'm going to be ready. When he does I'm going to kill him"
