Y/n's POV
The next day I wake up and I get dressed for school, I then go downstairs and put some cereal in a bowl, after eating I put my jacket, show, and bookbag on, I then say bye to mom, and I walk to school. When I got to school I was greeted my Brooke
"Morning" she says
"Morning" I tell her, we then head to our first period, which we have together, we sit at our table and we start talking, Brooke then stops at what she was saying and looks at a cheerleader
"I want to be a cheerleader so bad" She says
"Why, don't you like dance?" I ask her
"No, I hate all the pressure, I bet you there's no pressure in cheer" she says
"I don't know, maybe there is" I tell her, just then I see my crush walk in and my face turns red
"Hey Y/n" My crush says
"Hi Jake" I say, he then sits down and talks to his friends, Brooke looks at me and starts winking
"Stop" I say hitting her lightly, the teacher then gets up from her desk and starts talking about the lesson.
In gym
I was talking to Brooke and my other friends when Jake walks up to us
"Hey, can I talk to Y/n alone for a bit?" He asks
"Alright" Brooke says, they then leave and Jake sits next to me
"So, my mom told me that my sister got in the Abby Lee Dance Company" he says
"Yeah" I tell him
"So, I was wondering if you wanted to come to my house after school today" he says
"I can't, I have to watch my sister tonight because my mom and dad are going out" I tell him
"Oh, how about this weekend?" He asks
"Can't, I have dance" I tell him
"Oh, how about next Monday?"
"Sure" I tell him
"Okay, see you then" he says
"Ok" he then gets up and leaves and Brooke walks to me
"What did he want?" She asks sitting next to me
"He wanted to hang out after school, but I told him I have to watch my sisters, and then he asked about this weekend but I told him that I have dance, so we decided to meet on Monday"
"Aw, he's probably going to ask you to be his girlfriend" Brooke says shaking me excitedly
"Stop it" I say laughing, she then stops and hugs me, and we laugh together.
After school
I say bye to Brooke and I walk home, when I got home I take off my bookbag, jacket, and shoes, I then go in the kitchen and made Maddie and Mackenzie a sandwich as a little snack, I put it in the fridge and went in the living room to wait for them to get home, a couple minutes later I see there bus and I open the door, I see them walking so I go down the porch and say
"Hi guys" I say, Mackenzie then starts running and she jumps in my arms, I give her a kiss on her cheek and asked
"How was school?"
"Good" she says
"How about yours?" I ask Maddie
"It was good" she says
"Good, I made you two a snack, c'mon" I say going up the porch, when we got inside I put Mackenzie down so she can take her jacket, bookbag, and shoes off. After her and Maddie took their things off, we go into the kitchen and they sit at the table, I take out their sandwiches and gave it to them
