'Would you believe me if I said I'm in love? 

Baby, I want you to want me.'

 

I must be over exaggerating.

Harry wouldn't cheat on me.

"Marina."  

Niall pulled me straight out of my self-induced distress.

Niall knew exactly what I had just witnessed, I could tell from his face.

"Marina, Harry loves you." Niall reassured.

I nodded, trying to convince myself.

Niall reached over and took my hand in a friendly gesture.

I smiled at Niall, but it didn't reach my eyes.

"Niall, do you know who the other girl, might be?" I questioned.

"Marina, Harry isn't cheating on you!" He said partly aggravated.

"I..I just...I can't lose him." I half-whispered.

Niall squeezed my hand.  

"You won't, I'll make sure of it." He 

promised.

Tears brimmed my eyes.  

I didn't want to lose Harry.  

My life would lose importance without him.

I asked Niall if we could leave and apologized for spoiling our lunch date.

Arriving at the complex, I scurried 

off to my flat.

Thank goodness, Harry was still absent.  

I still wasn't ready to face him.

I curled up in bed and managed to let the sleep consume me.

When, I woke up. Harry's arm was tightly wrapped around me.  

I turned to him and he was sound asleep.

I wanted to kill him with kisses and rip his head off, at the same time.

I removed myself from bed and went to freshen up.

Harry was still asleep by the time I was finished, so I decided to make a run for it.

Niall's flat, was my destination.

Niall invited me in and we sat down on his ever-welcoming couch.

Niall was in the middle of watching a film.  

The table in front of him occupied a selection of sweets, treats and goodies.

I salivated at the delectable variation of items.

Niall and I watched the movie and snacked.

I liked these times spent with my 

friends.

It was just calm and enjoyable.

Niall slid in a second disk and a new movie filled the screen.
