'Boy you're so crazy, baby, I love you forever not maybe
You are my one true love, you are my one true love
You are my one true love.'
The engagement party followed through.
I was so thankful I had chose this elegant dress.
Everyone sat down to eat, but before that I made my way around the room and greeted everyone.
I was surprised to see my mom and my sister, Lafina, who sat beside me at the elongated table.
"Mama." I spoke dearly and clasped her hand.
"My dear, Marina."She caressed in her matching welsh accent.
I was sixteen, when my parents divorced.
It wasn't a nasty divorce, but my parents never visited my sister and I.
He moved out and I never really got to build a relationship with him.
But, we managed pretty well.
I'm a pop singer and my sister a doctor.
"Marina, looks like you snagged a gentleman." She teased.
"Yeah, I'm really happy." I laughed and blushed.
Harry was talking to his mum and sister.
God, I've never met his sister before.
She looked exquisite.
Harry caught my gaze and made his way over with his family.
I was a complete wreck.
We've both met eachother's parents but, never siblings.
I stood up and greeted Harry's mum, Anne.
"Hello. How are you?"
"I'm wonderful, sweetheart. You look so well and happy." She spoke dearly.
"Thank you, Anne. I am truly happy."
I moved over to Gemma and smiled friendly at her.
"Hi, Gemma." She greeted.
"Hello, Marina."
"You look beautiful." I spluttered nervous.
"Don't be ridiculous, you're lovely, and congratulations." She smiled.
We continued to chat and Lana joined us.
Harry and Lafina got on really well.
I was delighted, seeing them interact.
Dinner was served and I gobbled down my plate next to Lana and Niall.
I complained to them about lying to me and how stupid I felt afterwards.
Harry and I shared several glances.
He was sat next to Liam and Louis.
I was so happy.
I can't believe I'm going to get married!
Harry and I we're behaving like lusty teenagers.
Throughout the night, I met various peoples; all the boys' mums, Perrie's mum and other guests.
Dessert was served and I sat back with my mum and sister.
"Mum, Lafina, How do you guys like Harry?" I asked frivolously.
"He's lovely, very polite and a real gentleman." My mother gushed.
"You forgot fit." Lafina added.
I gasped astonished, my sister never said things like this.
How much wine has she had?
Several people asked to get a glimpse of my ring and I flaunted it proudly.
The night had ended and everyone was leaving.
Harry and I said goodbye to all the guests, until it was just him, me, Lana, Perrie and the boys.
We all headed to the cars, to go home.
The gang insisted on taking their own motives of transportation and
let Harry and I drive home on our lonesome.
Harry rested his hand on my knee and then I entwined our fingers.
I played with my ring and recalled all the events of tonight.
Harry kissed the back of my hand, succumbing from my thoughts.
"You look beautiful." Harry spoke hoarsely. I think his voice was fading, because of all the chatting he did tonight.
"Lafina, adores you, which is surprising because she's even more stubborn than I am.
Harry's laugh boomed through the car.
"Gemma, loves you, as well. Which is no surprise." He teased.
"Why is it no surprise?" I questioned.
"Because, everyone adores you Marina."
I scoffed at his unrealistic comment.
"Harry, I'm so happy." I gushed.
"Because, I'm not seeing the blonde or..?"
I jabbed his arm and scolded his comment.
Harry chuckled and took my hand.
I pretended to sulk.
"Baby." Harry mollified.
I smiled at his familiar endearment.
He kissed my knuckles.
"My soon to be husband." I purred.
"My fiance and beautiful wife." Harry hummed.
