That night it all happened;
I was wandering in the
depths of my mind.
The dark trenches of my heart.
In a boat.
The waves were calm.
Though it was chaos.
My heart had exploded.
Too many emotions all at once;
Love, Hate, Sadness, Anger.
I wanted to scream.
I wanted to shout.
I was furious.
In rage.
Felt like I had been fooled.
Stuck in a cage in my own mind.
Thinking of you.
I wanted to know the bitter truth.
So I questioned you—
And you gave me what I wanted.
The truth.
When you did.
Suddenly my mind was a calm chaos.
finally I had understood.
