In a dream.
I was together with you.
We did the things we wanted to.
Walking at night.
Gazing upon the stars
that lit the sky.
We go to a place only we knew.
Together, you sang my favorite songs.
We read some books together—
And vibe with each other.
Honestly who knew you'd be someone
I'd value?
The girl of my dreams.
Yes that "was" you.
But time passed by.
I woke up.
I realized you weren't meant for me
Nor was I meant for you.
So I started to finally get over you.
A smile on my face where?
I no longer care.
Only you were able to make
Me happy.
Now we've let each other go.
I just hope wherever you go.
You'd feel ecstasy in your heart.
