━━━━━━━━━━━━ During the night as everyone went to sleep you told Steve to come sleep in your bed with you. You didn't want him to sleep on the floor all alone.
Unknown to you that in your sleep you have moved closer to Steve. Steve has his arm around your waist as he lays on his side with your head tucked into his neck.
"It's Halloween!" Will yells running into your room making you and Steve jump awake
"Oh, my god!" you say with your eyes glowing purple
"What the hell" Steve groans confused as he lays back down
"It's the best day of the year" Will says happily as your eyes go back to your normal colour "You're first Halloween"
"Happy Halloween, Will" you say smiling at him
Will jumps up smiling as he lays down next to you again when they start to hear Joyce calling out to him
"Will! Come on, honey, up and at em" Joyce says walking down the hallway
"Do you think she will notice?" Will asks looking to you
"Let's wait and see" you say smiling as Steve chuckles
"Why is Steve in your bed" Will asks as he sits up to look at him
"I didn't want him to sleep on the floor" you tell him "Don't tell mum"
"You own me then" Will says with a cheeky smile
"Well played, man" Steve says smiling at the young boy
"Jonathan?"
"Yeah?" Jonathan asks as he stands at the stove
"Where Will?!" Joyce asks walking into the kitchen
"He's not in his room?" Jonathan asks looking from the stove to her
"No"
"Check (y/n)'s room" he tells her and Joyce turns and walks back down the hallway to her daughters room to see Will laying next to you with Steve on your other side
"What are you doing?" Joyce asks leaning on the wall
"He was saying good morning" you say with a smile
Will than jumps out of bed and goes into his room with Joyce following while you turn to Steve.
"What's Halloween?"

The school day was full of all sorts of jumpscare and scary masks that you are definitely not used to. You tried to keep close to Steve during the day but there are a couple of classes you aren't in together.
You spent most of lunch making Steve explain to you what Halloween is and why everyone loves it so much. He ended up telling you that most people watch Horror movies on Halloween.
Now you and Steve have watched most movies, from Action, Romance, Comedy but not Horror, Steve wasn't sure what you would feel about watching them.
Steve knew that you didn't want to go to the Halloween party tonight and to be honest with himself he didn't really want to go either so he said the two of you should have another movie night.
You were so happy he said that and you said that he should pick a couple of his favourite horror movies to watch so you can see what they are like.
So now you are sitting on Steve's lounge in his empty house as his parents are on another business trip leaving Steve all alone.
Steve is walking back into the living room with two glasses of coca-cola in his hands as there are two boxes of pizza and a bowl of popcorn with you looking at the two movies he has picked out.
"Which one do you want to watch first?" Steve asks sitting down next to you
"This one" you say holding Nightmares on Elm street up as Steve puts the drinks on the coffee table
Steve gives you an okay before taking the DVD off of you and putting it in the TV. He sits back down a little closer so your your legs are touching making you smile a little.
"If you get scared i can turn it off" Steve says before pressing play on the remote "Or hold my hand"
"Play the movie Steve" you say trying to hide you smile
More then halfway through the movie and you haven't flinched once, but Steve has forgotten how scary the movie can actually be making him flinched.
"Are you okay?" you ask turning to him with a chuckle
"Are you? How are you not scared?" he asks shocked
"I've seen worse" you say with a shrug
Steve stares at you for a moment not knowing what to say only for you to give him a sweet smile and hold out your hand.
"Do you want to hold my hand?" you ask getting a chuckle from him
"Only if you protect me" Steve says grabbing your hand
"I will always protect you, Stevie"
