━━━━━━━━━━━━ The sun is high and hot in Hawkins Indian, where everyone is now at the new StarCort mall or at the pool and It's the first summer you could even remember.

You walk into the mall wearing some shirts and one of Steve's shirts that is oversized on you. You have gained some weight from Joyce's cooking which is what she wanted, she said she wanted to put some meat on your bones.

You couldn't get a job, Joyce wouldn't let you but everyday you come into the mall where Steve is working at an ice cream shop called Scoops Ahoy.

His coworker Robin has become a very close friend to you, you have never felt this connection with someone before and you are extremely grateful to call her your best friend and you just hope she feels the same.

"I'm not even surprised" Robin says as she watches you walk in

"Good morning" you say smiling at her

"Steve's in the back" she says pointing to the back window behind her

"Hey, i'm here to see you" you say putting a hand on your heart

"I'll believe it when i see it" Robin says laughing as you move to the back door

You open the back door with a giggle at Robin making Steve look up from the delivery papers to see you smiling at the door.

"Baby" Steve says dropping the paper on the table as you close the door behind you

The two meet in the middle where they wrap their arms around each other only for Steve to pull his head back to kiss your lips.

"I missed you" Steve says against your lips

"I missed you more" you say smiling

"You two need to stop before i puke on all this ice cream" Robin says opening the back window

You pull away from Steve and sit down at the table as Steve gets back to the delivery. As the two teenagers work four preteens are heading straight for them. The four push past many people making their way for the ice cream shop trying not to be late.

The four walk into the shop and go straight to the counter where Robin is standing and Mike rings the bell repeatedly.

"Hey, dingus' your children are here" Robin calls out to the back
