Area S02 Abandoned City 7, C-8 area.

October 28, 2066.

In the gray sky, a snow was scattering.

The little snowflakes melted as soon as they hit the ground, so they couldn't cover the abandoned city, which was neglected and hideous everywhere.

City 7, which was a fairly large city in the S02 area, labeled as 'abandoned' and became a home for outcasts and outlaws for many years.

But now human warmth was scarcely to be found, and the heat of gunpowder and explosions and battles warmed the city.

Golden threads fluttered across the thick concrete pillars, torn to shreds in an instant by the pouring masses of copper.

"Ouch!"

The golden thread was the doll's hair

The golden thread was the doll's hair. She ran one hand through her messy hair. Her other hand held a G36 and she had five rounds of ammunition left in her gun.

She was a doll belonging to Base 217.

She and a small squad of 5 dolls led by her were dispatched to the city after receiving information from civic groups and vagrants wandering around the abandoned city that Sangvis dolls had appeared.

As a result of the information they received and preliminary reconnaissance, it was revealed that a small unit was stationed in this city, and it was determined that her squad of 6 tactical dolls would be enough to defeat it, so the operation continued.

However, when they arrived at the center of the city, they were surrounded by dozens of reinforcements. Her troops were scattered and struggling to survive.

"Ugh... if there were enough bullets..."

When she was first surrounded, she had to break through using large amounts of ammunition. As a result, 5 rounds of ammunition were left.

It was a hopeless situation.

"Should I self-destruct?"

Her gaze was fixed on the one remaining grenade. Before she departed from the base today, she updated her mind map. It was better to self-destruct than to be captured by Sangvis and leak information.

But...

"Commander..."

She didn't want to die. She didn't want others who had her memories updated in the cloud to imitate her.

G36 bit her lip. If she was a human, she wouldn't have thought like this. The commander would also mourn her death.

The sound was getting closer, and she had no time left. G36 grabbed a grenade.

The moment she jumped off the pillar, an explosion accompanied by a tremendous roar destroyed all Sangvis dolls approaching the pillar where G36 was hiding.
