Black and white, American citizens, who couldn't have contact, eye contact, or connection. If a black were to ever have connection or hound a talk to a white woman, that they would suffer or even worse many included lynching . Blacks living in the south , you couldn't talk or yell out a whistle, flirt or cherish a white man or woman.

Racism has been taught for decades.
With children Golden haired blue eyed little white children , parents who would give their children an example of racism too hate and despise black children .
Others have their contribution of how they see negro children .

This is where Thomas P Brady made his speech in 1955, Mississippi's citizen councils condoning racism listened to his speech .
