its been about a month since my date with dylan. things have been going pretty well since then. mine and dylans relationship has elevated to the next level. we've been spending time alot more. hes been coming over alot too.
but today i'll be at the triplets. because guess what! i have got a geography project. AND I GOT PARTNERED WITH CHRISTOPHER. idk what im gonna do. things have been so awkward between us lately. earlier it was just hating and insulting each other. but now i feel some tension. idk what type of tension. but its there. im not sure if he feels that too but oh well im getting ready to drive at their place. im still learning how to drive but its a 5 minute destination so how bad can i do? right?

i get dressed and get down to leave. i got into my car and start listening to my playlist as i drive. soon i reach their house with matt standing in the driveway
"sooner or later you'll be the one driving us around im honestly tired" he said giggling seeming proud "i DO NOT want to be the one driving you guys to mcd at 2 am" i say joking "i dont love my job either but i still put up with you guys" we talk as we get into the house
"hi brey" nick yells from the kitchen counter "hello nicolas" "wheres chris?" i ask "hes upstairs waiting for u" matt says "the last thing he'd do is wait for me. the noise that came out of his mouth when we were paired for the project was unhuman" i say "get the work done fast so we can hang out later" nick says "for sure, i wanna get rid of it as soon as possible" i say as i make my way upstairs to chris' room i knock on his door and he opens it almost instantly. "you're here" he says not very excitingly "yes. hey" "can we finish this real quick?" he says making it clear he has stuff to do "well i dont wanna be around much as well dont worry"
we start working on the project. after 2 straight hours of arguing,we finally got some work done
"i think thats enough for today" i say looking at the time. 5:30 pm. i notice chris getting a call,the caller id saying "hannah🤷🏻♀️" okay. maybe we fell off because he found a better replacement as a best friend.
whatever.
i start to pack things and leave when he stops me. "breya" "yes" i look back quickly "you're forgetting your pen" he said handing it to me "oh shit yea" i take it and leave the room
why was i expecting him to say something else.
i go downstairs to see matt on the couch. "hey,are you guys done with the project?" he asks "barely" i replied rolling my eyes and sitting next to him "how're things with dylan? i haven't caught up with you in so long" he states. matts so close to me,most of the reason being him feeling sympathetic (?) towards me because his brother started treating me like shit outta no where. matts such a pure soul "we're going good. if anything we've gotten closer this past month. you tell me,whats up with you? any girl you're talking to?" "yea" he answers smiling "WHAT WHO" i ask "lena." "OH. MY. GOD." why didn't i know this "yea and i kinda feel like i like her idk im not sure but i think she's really cool" he answers "no way matt im so happy for you,shes literally the best" i say hugging him. after i pull back. i hear someone come down the stairs. it was chris ofcourse "matt can you drop me off at hannahs please" he asks "why should i" matt asks back "ill do whatever you tell me to. please just drop me off shes mad because i said i'll be there at 5 and now its almost 6" he says standing at the door matt sighs and looks back at me "i guess i'll leave too now i gotta get home" i get up from the couch and hug matt goodbye. as i leave and get to the door and unlock my car "you drive now?"chris asks standing on the door "sorta im still learning" i say as i get in the car "bye" i tell him not expecting response which i didn't get anyway
