Eh, I'm not fond of this, people and government, both, don't like each other. I see them more as a duo who try to kill each other every second, but someone certain stops them from it.
And they are brother-in-laws in my view, due to the fact Spain and France are siblings in my au and France is married to Uk..
i know this situation as 'enemies to lovers' and it's very possible in life, so the argument "they can't love each other because they are enemies" isn't really an argument, but in any way, this ship is still wrong in my eyes, sorry, if you ship them
