Idk. I don't think politics have good relationships and people as well. I literally saw "Ever since the Mexican-US war of 1846-1848, the young generation of Mexicans has been taught or hate, or at least, distrust the U.S."
I don't think its true, but thats possible. Heard stories like this, but with other country.
Its up to people if they want to ship them or not.
