Yes, I love this ship. Their diplomatic relationships first began in 1861, when Japanese empire and Prussia signed a treaty of friendship. Since they were good friends, even though during WWI their friendships kinda went down. Later they got established and since WWII they're very good friends.
Overall, I really love it, more than Germany x Italy.
