1. It counts as incest in my headcanons. 2. If they wouldn't be related, then I would see them as very close friends, nothing more. 

I'm not fan of this ship and don't like it due to my headcanons, but I respect people who ship, unless they don't make this two related. Making them related and shipping at the same time is a big red flag for me.
