Tannu look up every now and then while having her breakfast as her brother is looking way too calm , it's not his nature and it's making her more anxious but still maintained the silence like other three on table who look like are too busy with their breakfast..
one by one they get up and took their essentials before leaving for University, the car is moving way too fast for Tannu's liking and noor is noticing her every expression, she hold her hand and squeezed it lightly telling her not to think too much
the car stopped on their usual spot and all of them come out , Arjun walk to Tannu with a smile and throw his arm around her shoulders carelessly while walking along with her followed by other two
" why are you looking so tensed, huh? it's not like you did something wrong, you don't need to be afraid of anything when your brother is still alive" Arjun said looking at her
" Bhai I'm not afraid of him or anything , it's just I'm worried about you ..you promise me you'll not do anything with him " she stopped walking and face him completely
Arjun sighed running hand through his hairs " ok fine I'll try but...but if he try something or did something then don't blame me " he said unwanted-ly , Tannu for the first time since morning smiled brightly and quickly nodded her head making him shake his head with smile at his sister
" now go , you'll be late for your class " he said and look back at Noor who's standing beside Mayank, when she noticed his stare she quickly look down and walk to class draging Tannu along with a red hue on cheeks making him Chuckle
" yeah yeah , stop walking so fast or do you want me to fall down on plain surface and make a fool out of myself " Tannu complaint but she didn't give any heed to her and only left her hand after they reached in classroom
" why are you smiling, what if Shanker tried to do something again today...you know what your brother will do if he did anything " she asked her diverting the topic while taking their seat at last bench
" don't worry i decided to talk with him today after Psychology class, I'll make everything clear to him " Tannu said sitting beside her
" ok if you say so " she said and they stand up to greet teacher as they saw her entrying
and like that lacture's went by and Shanker didn't attended psychology class which made Tannu tensed but still she tried to not think about it too much, they were passing by the boys campus to go to library when shweta stopped them and pointed at the crowded area
They stopped and look at the students who were cheering for something firstly they didn't cared and was about to walk when they heard the loud cheering and their feet freezed
" ARJUN ARJUN ARJUN ARJUN "
Tannu look at Noor , they shared a horrific look and quickly went there , with so much difficulty they come in front and look at the scene in front of them , Arjun was badly beating Shankar who was lying on ground and not only him , his other two friends were also lying on the same ground
At first they flinched at such a bloody scene but when their eyes fall on the almost lifeless body of Shankar, Noor quickly step forward without thinking anything while tannu walk to mayank who was enjoying the show like other students and slapped his arm telling him to call ambulance
" Yeah woman, calm your horses i already did " he said irritatingly caressing his arm
" Arjun stop it , you will kill him " Noor shouted at him but like he didn't heard anything he keep punching him
Noor helplessly look at him and the next second she back hugged him with watery eyes" please stop Arjun, please" she whispered and his hand stopped in mid way but his anger is still not pressed
He closed his eyes , taking deep breath and push his unconscious body on floor before turning to his life , he look at her teary face, looking at her like that he felt like someone has squeezed his heart
He was about to cup her small face but then his hands stopped in air , he look at his hands which are covered in dirty blood and everything again float in front of his eyes but he controlled himself and look around at people who are looking at them
" Is it play or what huh , LEAVE " and with that everyone run from there as no one wants to be in his bad books
He again look at Noor and pull out his handkerchief, cleaning his hand properly although it didn't helped much but it's dry now atleast then he turn to mayank who look at him and understand what he want , mayank quickly take his handkerchief out and give it to him
Arjun take it and said " take tannu home I'll be there in a while" with that he put the piece of cloth on noor's wrist and hold it before going from there ...
After his departure Mayank help with their bodies in ambulance and then went to principal office to sort out everything as he know it's not a little fight that can be ignored but babe money is capable of doing everything... isn't?
