If you asked Steve Harrington his opinions on smoking, he'd say that it's cool, and that he does it himself sometimes.
In reality- he thinks it's the furthest thing from it.

He's had his fair share of cigarettes in his time- mostly with friends, sometimes alone- but he never really felt the need like others did. He didn't feel the need for the ash on his tongue, the taste of smoke that he's hated so deeply since the fires he's witnessed.

It was his old friends that had savoured the taste, not him.
Now, it is very rare that you'll catch him smoking. Maybe a huff of whatever Eddie has, maybe a cigar just to fit in- but never by his own personal choice.
