Olivia stood awkwardly in the ICU room, Elliot had stepped out to take a call from Eli and asked Olivia to stay with Kathy
Kathy was asleep, or at least that's what Olivia thought when she had agreed. A few moments of silence was broken by Kathy's voice
"What was your award for?" Kathy asked quietly
Olivia glanced at the glass doors, Elliot was turned away
Kathy slowly looked at Olivia, gave her a pity smile "what was your award for?"
Olivia sighed slowly "um, just for my time on the force, the achievements I've made" she took a seat in the chair next to the bed
Kathy hummed softly "you know...I didn't tell El, till we got to the airport, he thought it was gonna be a quick trip here for his thing"
Olivia nodded softly "d-do you need me to get him? I'm sure-"
"Did you sleep with him?" Kathy asked
Olivia's lips parted slightly "excuse me?"
"When you were partners, he-did you sleep with him?" Kathy asked
Olivia shook her head "No, Kathy..never, not once"
"He-...he talked about you, when we left..mostly in his sleep" Kathy said
"I don't think we need-"
Kathy lifted her fingers slightly to stop Olivia "Liv, im not making it out of here"
Olivia shook her head as she looked down at her hands in her lap "you dont know that, you're alert, youre gonna ve fine"
"I can feel it Olivia" Kathy said
Olivia sighed, might as give the woman peace "we never did anything, we-...aside from a couple undercover moments we barely held hands"
Kathy stared up at the ceiling "that's what he said"
"And you didn't believe him?" Olivia asked
"Like I said, he talked about you in his sleep" Kathy said
