It's been several weeks since my kidnap and the recent events have been...well, eventful. My father decided to help the twins get into the academy of cops with his recommendation even though they insisted that they would get in themselves but with a bit of persuading, I managed to get them to let my father help which I was pretty proud of. They were now living in our neighbourhood but in an apartment with the money they had saved up from their part-time jobs.

My mother was going to stay in prison for ten years and she had requested for me to not go see her which I was pretty confused and devastated over but if that was what she wanted, then I will accept her wishes since she did everything to help protect the twins and I.

As for Soobin, he has been helping out with his father with his company and I managed to get to meet both his parents, again, so I could thank them for their help in search for me. Surprisingly, Soobin's mother was thrilled to have me over and apparently, I heard that she begged Soobin to bring me home with Sooyeon, supporting her. Soobin's response to his mother and Sooyeon was that I was just going through a lot and that when I was ready to come over, I'd do so.

I owed Beomgyu one so I took him out for lunch and I was surprised that we were still on good terms, even after I hurriedly left him at the Café his grandparents owned. He had also released the fact that Soobin and himself are damn related which kind of surprised me because they were down at each other's throats ever since I met the both of them. Beomgyu explained what had happened between the both of them and I obviously understood, minus the jealousy, and I was also shocked at the fact that they used to be close.

Harin and I attended school as usual and I didn't noticed but rumours were spread around like a freaking disease on why and how I went missing. Some of the rumours were absolutely ridiculous but once Soobin made an appearance at school after a few days I went back, he made sure the rumours were gone and that no one would ask me anything. Surprisingly, Soobin still had that scary vibe radiating off of him in other student's eyesights but to me, I see him now as a completely different person. Maybe because I've known him since forever.

I didn't know what Soobin and his boys did to make the rumours vanish nor do I want to know. Apparently, Taehyun also went to jail which kind of had Soobin's trust running on a thin line but that wasn't all. I didn't know what happened but when my father came home one afternoon, he had told me that Taehyun was beaten up but cameras didn't catch a single scene which I found kind of suspicious.

"THE- MOTHERFUCKING- A," Taki shouted as he stormed out of his bedroom with a white towel hanging off his waist, his abs in display.

I watched Taki place his hands on his hips as he stomped a foot on the floor like a child.

"はい、親愛なる兄弟?"(Yes, dear brother)

"今すぐ私の部屋に行ってください," Taki demanded with a frown on his face.(go to my room now)

"なぜ?" I questioned.(Why)

Taki rolled his eyes and grabbed my arm as he led me to his room. His four walls were painted a shade of dark blue with white carpet. His single bed was against the wall on the left and a study desk on his right.

"What am I supposed to be looking at?" I giggled.

"There's a freaking spider on my bed!" he exclaimed with fearful eyes.

I rolled my eyes and laughed as I approached the single bed with spiderman bed sheets. I looked down to see a fake, redback spider sitting patiently on his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles underwear. I bit my lip and stopped myself from laughing any further as I picked up the fake spider from one of his eight legs and let it dangle from my fingers.

"You mean this?" I questioned with a fake, bemused look.

"Aera, I know you did this shit now remove that from my premises," Taki said slowly as he also backed away, his eyes concentrated on the spider. "Stop pranking me, I swear on my dog's life."

This time, I tilted my head in genuine confusion. "You don't even have a dog."

"Bye!" Taki exclaimed as he ran towards the entrance door of the small apartment, ripping the front door open then dashed outside. I laughed, holding my stomach as tears were springing in my eyes in realisation that Taki was naked, well except from that towel hanging off his waist.

A few seconds later, Maki and Harin emerged with pizza boxes whilst I was trying to regain my composure as they looked at me in confusion. A smile was permanently itched on my face as I waved at them before I approached the kitchen and threw the spider in the trash.

"What the hell is happening?" Harin asked as she looked around the living room. "And where is Taki?

"He can't just bail out on us after we got him some food."

Maki narrowed his eyebrows on me. "Don't tell me you did the spider prank."

I smiled innocently. "Don't know what you're talking about."

Maki rolled his eyes and shook his head with a smile on his face. He popped the pizza boxes down on the coffee glass table as he gestured for us to sit down on the little, grey rug. He opened one pizza box which revealed a delicious smell of bbq chicken & rasher bacon which I totally grabbed a slice of immediately.

Maki opened the other pizza box revealing slices that were loaded with meat loafs just as Taki walked inside his own apartment cautiously.

"Damn," Taki muttered under his breath as he sent me death glares on his way to his room which I only smiled and showed off my pizza.

"So, how's school?" Maki asked after grabbing a slice before sitting down comfortably.

"Same old, same old," Harin said with a mouth full.

Maki nodded in approval. "And your boyfriends?"

"Don't you have a girlfriend?" Harin asked, turning the question on him.

Maki's eyes widened as he shoved the pizza and his mouth and shrugged. "I do."

Maki was crushing on a girl for a long period of time but he didn't get to ask her out because he thought his only commitment was to me. When I found out, I immediately didn't speak to him until he asked her out and when he did, I also rushed to make name tags so she wouldn't get mixed up on who's who.

"How is Yeseo anyway?" I asked as I watched him heat up a bit.

"She's on vacation with her family," Maki answered with a nod as I chuckled.

I felt some heavy weight person slam into my sides as I looked beside me and realised I was looking at Taki, watching him grab a slice of pizza. "Yuuuuuuummmmm."

We all laughed as I leaned my head against Taki's shoulder. "Taki, you're so lonely."

Taki looked down at me and frowned as he talked with his mouth full, " You mean the fact that I don't have a girlfriend?"

I nodded.

"Don't need one, I have you," he responded with a playful wink as he placed an arm around my shoulder.

"So I can prank you again?"

"I'm taking the keys away from you and making sure that Soobin locks you up in a cell or whatever."

I laughed as I looked at Maki and Harin who were busy eating all the pizza. Taki realised that they have been eating many slices that he quickly stood up and closed each pizza box, took them under his arm then ran to his room before slamming it close which caused Maki to run after his twin brother and his food.

"Boys will be boys," Harin whispered with a chuckle as I nodded with a smile plastered across my face in response.
