Peter sat at his desk and was doing todays homework, as he was supposedly 'sick'. He heard the footsteps heading towards his room a long time before someone knocked on his door.
"Come in" Peter said and 3 men stepped in, his dad, his pops and Uncle Fury.

"Hello, have you come to an agreement?" Peter asked as he already knew what this conversation this was about.
"Because of your age we have decided that you'll only become a part-time Avenger, you will go out on small missions and help, for example like Civil War, or if it's like world ending stuff where we need everyone. We will announce this publicly, but as you don't want your age to be public we can say it's so you still can help citizens getting mugged at night" Fury stated and Peter got up and hugged all of them. "Thank you so much" Peter said and smiled brightly. "You're welcome Bambi" Tony said and the 3 men walked out of the room again.

It's so I basically don't go on the really dangerous life threatening missions (unless they're world ending and they need everyone)
But as for my identity and age they're going to stay private.
The reasoning for only becoming part time is my age and so I can help the citizens and stop small crimes without needed approval from authorities

Peter put his phone away and thought about something, what if his identity became public, both him as Spider-Man and the son of Tony Stark, he could definitely protect himself so people wanting revenge on Tony Stark couldn't hurt him that much, plus he had all of the Avengers on his side. But bad guys could still target his friends and classmates, so he couldn't let that happen.

Peter did the rest of his homework, and then he and his dad went around telling the rest of the Avengers about his new title, it didn't matter if they approved or not, he was really proud and happy. Almost everyone approved after hearing he wouldn't go on the dangerous missions. After that very eventful day, he went out as Spider-Man, he started at around 9, so he swung around for a while, stopped some basic crimes. (muggings and one attempted break in, he also saved a cat from a tree)

He looked at his watch after a while and saw it was 1:29 precisely, and he was a good 20 minutes swing away from the tower.
"Karen call dad" Peter said and Tony quickly answered. "Pete? Are you hurt?"
"Nope, but I'm a bit late and I'll be home in a bit under half an hour, I forgot to check my watch"
"Okay, good to hear you're not hurt, and also good that you remembered to tell me" Tony said and Peter told Karen to hang up.
