TW: mentions of r@pe and sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, Sk!p Westcott.

Peter had been hanging out more and more with Gwen Stacy, the receptionist at Stark tower, she was a very kind person and they had become good friends.

She was 19 and he was 16 but even if they had their age gap, they had a lot of things in common, their love for science for example.

Gwen had just gotten off and Peter was on his way down the elevator to hang out with her. He called out her name as he saw the back of her exiting the tower, she stopped and turned around, as her eyes fell upon her friend she lit up with a smile.

"Pete! What's up?" She asked and Peter stopped walking as he had reached her.
"Nothing much, just wanted to hang out, I can follow you home?"
"I can protect myself Pete"
"I know that, but I enjoy your company" he said which caused the girl to grin and then nod.
"Then let's go Pete" She exclaimed.

Peter took his hood up and the two started walking. Eventually, somehow the conversation fell upon Spider-Man.

"You know, he saved me once, from being raped"
"Oh, he did?" Peter asked with fake surprise, of course the spider himself knew that.
"Yeah, I just sometimes wonder who he is behind the mask"

"Yeah me too" Peter stated, trying not to sound sarcastic.
"He told me once was sexually abused when he was younger"
"Oh, why tell me about it?" The spider asked and Gwen slapped her hands over her mouth.

"I wasn't supposed to tell anyone, oh no!"
"Relax Gwen, I'm sure it's fine, and I won't tell anyone"

"I'm just happy he was there for me that day, I don't know what I would've done if he wasn't"
"Yeah, lucky you" Peter said and the duo went into an alleyway.

A sound behind them got them both to jump and turn around.

"Well well well, what's a pretty lady like you doing out?" A honeyed voice said, and Peter knew that even though the voice sounded nice, it was definitely untrustworthy.

He could definitely sense it as his spider sense went haywire.

Then he realized that he recognized the voice, he had heard it before and he had hoped to never heard it again.

Steven Wescott. Or as his nickname was, Skip.

"We're walking home" Peter said, his voice breaking a bit.
"Awww, you have a friend with you? But can he protect you?" The older laughed and Gwen suddenly got a panicked look in her eye as Skip pushed past her and stood over the spider.

She acted quickly and hit the predator in the face and probably broke his nose. The older grabbed his nose and the blood dripped from his nose.

"YOU BITCH! YOU'L REGRET THAT!" He yelled and pushed her down, he then turned towards Peter and before the vigilante could do anything, he was picked up and thrown into the wall, head first, and everything turned dark.

When he woke up his vision was blurry, and he could feel the stickiness of the blood in his hair and on his forehead, but soon his vision cleared up, he tried to stand up but black dots were still dancing.

He could hear Gwen scream as she was trying to fight him off. Peter then tried to stand up again, this time with more luck.

He stood still until the black dots disappeared.
"GET OFF OF HER!" He demanded and Skip stopped what he was doing and looked back, half in shock and half in awe.

"Already awake again? And why should I? You're too weak to fight and the fun was just about to start" he grinned and looked down at Gwen, he had just managed to rip up her shirt.
