MYSTERY GUY'S POV

"Sir, according to the event organizer tapos na raw po ang pagp-plan niya and tomorrow is a good day para idaos ang event."

I was just listening to my secretary because my attention was caught by the person who is sitting on a swing and holding his Samsung Galaxy S6.

Overlooking ang office ko kaya nakikita ko ang buong siyudad at ang kinalalagyan niya.

Bilib din ako kay tadhana at talagang siya mismo ang nagtulak sakin para tanggapin ang alok ni Dad na pamahalaan ko ang branch na ito ng aming company.

And lucky I was to have this office na natatanaw ang kinaroroonan niya.

Uhh, okay. Back to my office personality.

"That's good to hear Ms. Pulido but aren't you suppose to knock first on my office before entering it?" still not facing my secretary.

You know, I've been working for 3 years while completing my degree and pretending to be some stern boss to my employees.

Hindi ko raw dapat dinadala sa office ang pagiging goofy ko. The tendency is, kakayan-kayanin lang ako ng mga tao ko. Kaya I really have to do this.

"What Ms. Pulido? You forgot? The heck of you to forget it. I've been repeating that to you several months ago. Yet, you still forgot?"

"I-I'm really sorry, Sir. Please don't fire me. My family needs me, more like, yung money na pinapadala ko."

Wala naman talaga akong balak na i-fire siya. Bukod sa kanya, wala ng iba pang kayang pantayan ang standards ko kahit pa nakakalimutan niya parati ang kumatok.

Soon as she leaves my office humarap na ako sa table at agad bumungad ang picture niya na dinisplay ko to keep me inspired.

Marami nang nagbago sa physical look niya. He's not the same chubby guy way back then. Ngayon bumagsak na ang timbang niya and he's kinda slim. I think bagay naman sa kanya.

His hair grew long for the past five years. Yung haba na pambabae na ang style. It suits him. Napaka-feminine na niya tignan.

I wonder how it feels to land my lips on his, again. The first time I did was a big bvllshit.

Five years, five freaking years of wailing.

I though he'd be gone for real. Tumigil bigla sa pagtibok ang puso ko nang hindi na siya muling nakita pa. All people believed na wala na siya.

Pero pinanindigan ko kung ano ang nararamdaman ko. Hindi siya nawala, hindi siya namatay. Wala namang bangkay, hindi ba?

Truth be told but I'm still head over heels in him. Five years had through, maniwala man kayo sa hindi but I dated many girls and that didn't stop me from loving him. In fact, it made my heart grew fonder.
