We stop at this park, I remember this place, Hank would take me and Cole here, wonder why he wanted to stop here

Hank sits and drinks while me and Connor stare at the view

"Beautiful isn't it?" I say while smiling

"Very" Connor smiled back

"Yeah, used to come here a lot, before..." Hank says then pauses to continue drinking

"Before what? you said you used to come here a lot before" Connor says confusingly

"Before.. Before nothing" Hank just sounds so defeated

I knew the reason, I knew the before, but I didn't want to anger Hank so I said nothing

As Connor talks about deviants and Ra9, Me and Hank listen, and then Hank says

"Androids believing in god, fuck what's this world coming to"

I feel Hank is distracted by something and Connor seemed to also notice that but he said something about it

"You seem preoccupied Lieutenant, is it something to do back at the Eden club?"

I feel like this isn't going to go well

"Those two girls, they just wanted to be together.." Hank says

He's starting to understand them...

"They really seemed... in love" He continued

Connor tried to explain away Hank's
feelings, which made me feel uneasy

Hank starts going off "What about you Connor?"

He gets up, shit, this isn't good

"You look human, you sound human, but what are you really?" Hank starts to question Connor

I'm starting to get more and more anxious

"Hank, lay off please" I try to break the tension but he ignores me

"I'm whatever you want me to be Lieutenant, Your partner, Your buddy to drink with, or just a Machine designed to accomplish a task," Connor says so... kind and clearly trying to get Hank to understand who he is

"You could have shot those two girls.. but you didn't.."

Shit, Hank is getting aggressive

"Why didn't you shoot Connor!" He pushed Connor back

"Hank please calm down" I tried to say but I was still ignored

"Some scruples suddenly enter into your program?" He continued

"No.. I just decided not to shoot, that's all" Connor is telling the truth, I can tell from his eyes

Hank pulls out a gun and points at Connor

"WHAT THE FUCK HANK, PLEASE DON'T HURT HIM, HE DID NOTHING WRONG!" I scream at Hank to get him to stop

"Stay out of his Y/N," Hank says then says to Connor

"Are you afraid to die Connor?"

I can see the fear behind his eyes, he is clearly scared...

"I would certainly find it regrettable to be.. Interrupted, before I can finish this investigation.." He clearly is scared

"What happens if I pull this trigger? nothing? oblivion? android heaven?"

"Nothing.. Nothing would happen..."

Hank puts down the gun... and walks away to drink and think

"Come on Connor, let's take a walk home" I wanted to get him alone from Hank for a while

So me and Connor walked as we walked, we talked about the investigation and how messed up Hank was being

"Hank was just angry after tonight because he was starting to understand that androids are more than slaves"

Connor didn't say anything

"You are making good choices, Trust me, Hank is learning, more than my father would"

Connor just smiles in response

I forced them to bring me with them today

We were in the elevator and Connor starts playing with a coin, Hank gets pissed off and takes it

A group of androids broke in and shared how they wanted rights too everyone in the city

I understand them well, wish I could say I was on their side but I don't want Connor to hate me, he will understand eventually

There is a huge screen of one of the androids without his skin but before I could say anything, a man named Perkins talked to us

"Androids investigating androids huh? you sure you want an android hanging around, after everything that happened?" He continued

"And she shouldn't even be here, she's not an investigator"

"I'm family to Hank and his brother, I'm well known at the department, so it's none of your business as to why I'm here" I replied back

He told us the investigation will be in the hands of the FBI soon anyway, shit, I really hope not

Hank tries to stop the conversation but Perkins continued being an ass "Watch where you step, don't fuck up my crime scene"

He walked away and as he left I accidentally said out loud "Well fuck you too"

"Y/N, cool it before we get in trouble because you wanted to throw hands"
Hank tries to say to calm me down

"But, what a fucking prick," Hank says anyway smiling at me

Connor watches the video and Hank and he talk more about Ra9 and how it could be him

Connor just says he identified him and Hank asks if there is anything else, but Connor just says no, but I could tell he was lying, and Hank seemed to also see through the bullshit

As Connor goes into the kitchen I look around and Hank plays with Connor's coin

Looking at the video, I feel his voice just looking for peace, not anger or hatred, he doesn't want to hurt anyone just wants.. freedom

I hear running and an android runs out as Connor also runs out and grabs a gun and shoots the android.. saving me and Hank

"Holy shit Connor, nice shot, we could have died" I told him

I look at him, he is dripping in blue blood

"Oh, shit.. Connor let's get you medical help" I hug Connor and try to drag him out, Hank helps me, because I'm not strong enough to hold him

"Thank you Connor.." I say to him with my bright smile and I'm probably blushing like crazy

He smiles down at me with a blue tint on his face

God, I love the way he smiles
