Why am I cold? I can't get cold. Wait am I in my third form? Why?

Hu- huh?! Kazuha is hugging me and we're on the floor of the Shakkei Pavilion. I look around and see a mostly empty bottle of sake. The memories come rushing back to me immediately. Kazuha's face, his chest, how he tasted, it all came back.

"K-Kazu..? Are you awake..?" I ask tiredly

"Mhm, I am. How are you feeling?" He asks, clearly wide awake

"Hm... my head hurts and so does my lower back and legs." I say to him

"That is what happens after you have sex, Kunikuzushi" he laughs, teasing me.

"Shut the fuck up Kaedahara" I snap back at him

"Heheh~ it's true though" he laughs back

I roll over, turning my back to him. This bastard.

"Okay, okay I'm sorry" he clings onto me

"Hmph."

I turn back to him and bury my face in Kazuha's scarf, which is still wrapped around my neck. It smells like him, he smells like maple leaves. It's nice, I like it.

Kazuha kisses me on the cheek before standing up, leaving me alone on the floor.

"Where did I put my clothes?" Kazuha asked while looking around the room

"1, you mean where did I put your clothes, they're over there" I correct and point to a corner of the room.

"Yes. Where did YOU put my clothes. Thanks, but where are yours?" He asks

"Ehm.. there my might be a little stained but I think I brought a spare set." I say awkwardly

"Okay that's good. We should probably find something to eat." Kazuha suggests

"Let's stay by the cave then, I shouldn't be out in my third form." I mention

"Yes, we'll stay by the cave" he agrees

I take off Kazuha's scarf, returning it to him, as I put on the rest of my clothing. I left my hat outside of my old home. Kazuha has to support me most of the time because by legs ache whenever I attempt waking. I try to see if changing to the 2nd takes the pain away but nope. It still hurts.

Kazuha clothes himself once again, picked me up and I let us both out of the Shakkei Pavilion. It's light outside, the sun is peaking out over the horizon.

Kazuha looks around for people or Hilichurls, when he saw no one, he kissed me lightly and placed me down as he went out to the water to catch fish.

After he returns, we begin cooking it on a fire that we started. He says when they're finished and we both eat our share before ending up kissing each other in the solitude of our cave.

After about of minute of us being connected, Kazuha pulls away, breathing heavily.

"Should we go and try to find Captain Beidou? She'd probably wonder where you are" I suggest to him

"Hm? Yes, we should. Wouldn't I have to be carrying you for most of it though? You shouldn't try walking around right now" he tells me

"Eh? I guess you're right but wouldn't Beidou ask?" I say

"Scaramouche, mine and your necks are both covered in bruises and mine is also laced with bite marks. I think she'll notice." He rubs the nape of his neck as he speaks

"Yea yea but you have your scarf to cover them, mine are completely exposed." I point out

Kazuha shuts up as I say this. I attempt to stand up and fall forward, straight onto Kazuha.
