The second Bismarck in Azur lane

Chapter Nineteen

(Author's note: I'm going to use the fifth episode very loosely for this one, when characters talk in the episode they might not it in the chapter. I also now realize that Dr. Bright is not the only person that has made an appearance. Prinz Eugen was not part of the defense where CB showed that she can fly)

Some hours later

Prinz Eugen Pov

Köln:"A Japanese scout plane has found the targets!"

I stretch myself

Me:"Time to put some effort in"

Z1:"With me it's going to be a piece of cake"

Z23:"It may not be easy"

We start to go towards the tee drinkers, during the sail one thought enters my mind

Didn't CB want peace? She was so happy and so kind even to Roon, Hipper,.... me, everyone. Now she's gone like Lützow, taken by the Sirens. Either dead or experimented on, I don't know what would be worse......No, don't cry now Eugen. We have to find the two spies and the Japanese traitors. She was against using siren tech. NO! We have to use it to win against the Sirens so we don't lose. Those Idiots from Azur Lane don't fathom the path this war will take no matter how hard we fight, we have to use every opportunity, every ace we can find

Before my thoughts can continue fighting against themself Z1 speaks up

Z1:"I can see the tea drinkers! Open fire!"

She opens fire

Köln, Z23 and myself follow

A little bit later

Z1 fires torpedoes at the one with metal stockings and injures her heavily

Meanwhile new Siren ships appear to reinforce the ones being attacked as a distraction, some of the Japanese ships are tying up some of the rescue fleet who where trying to get through in the confusion

(Imagine the amount of naval fire and sound happening in the story)

Then the sky falls down

Hundreds of guns of all calibers firing can be heard coming from the sky

Seconds later many Siren ships vanish inside explosions

Siren and Japanese planes in the air also vanish in explosions, some get hit by something that isn't a naval shell and can correct it's course

The Japanese ships only get hit by smaller caliber guns and precisely targeted ones. Radar towers, gun barrels, gun sights, everything that is not vital for being a moving ship but vital to being a WARship is being take out

We are spared from this as our hull are not summoned but a wall of shells splash in between us and the Royals forcing us back to prevent us from being hit

The fog in a big area starts to move, pushed out of the way but there is nothing there, then the sky starts to shimmer in the area, then the shimmer stops and part of a ship can be seen from our angle, a ship we recognise

Planes start to shoot of the ship moving at speeds faster than Siren Jets, delivering unstoppable destruction to the sirens

The Japanese shoot back with AA as they are the only guns that can reach the angle necessary to hit her at her height, they miss her most of the time as they don't know and see what is shooting, which stops quickly as they aren't doing anything other than depleting ammo and focus on trying to hit her planes which fails miserably. They manage to redirect the planes, sometimes preventing them from dropping bombs and firing guns. But it isn't working, they've managed to lightly damage three planes. Three...

The Royals, Z1, Köln, Z23 and me are just staring at the massacre, the Japanese order the retreat

Some of the rescue fleet arrive, they point their guns at us, we don't, we're not winning this one

She starts to shoot in a circle, us being the center

Me:"I'm not going to stop you, my colleagues are probably going to do the same. Biscuit deliberately only used targeted small caliber fire for the Kansen, if she wanted us in the abyss we would be there quickly. She...was nice to everyone, even roon. I couldn't get her to react to my teasing, the only negative reaction you would get is if you threatened someone she deems under her protection. Tell her that I'm going to get others together and tell them that she hasn't been abducted by the Sirens but is free. We have to go they can't think we talked to you, suspect us from knowing who shot at them"

Belfast:"No teasing from you, which means you are serious"

CB:*Eugene, Zetty, Nimi, Köln. Do not trust anyone other than the three of you group, the Siren are mind controlling my daughter, many government officials and probably some Kansen. The Japanese are probably also in a similar situation, but we weren't sure. The purple wisdom cube and Project Orochi confirm this fear. If you do not want to try to infiltrate your own country then I won't hold it against you*

She's sounding like she's going to cry any second, that makes us two

I look at the other three, they look determined after a bit of thinking and nod at me

Me:"Biscuit, thank you for the offer but we have to refuse, we have to rescue our friends and country back home and the new friends we made in Japan. Thank you for the info flying brick"

CB:*It's not the old Eugene but better than nothing. Good luck, you're going to need it*

Me:*Good luck to you as well*

We look at the others for a moment

Me:"Shoot us, we need to have battle damage, or they get suspicious"

They look uncomfortable but do it anyway

Me:"Please be there for Biscuit"

Then we sail back to the Sakura empire, and discuss what we should report back to Germany
