The scenery outside was ethereal. Dragon eyes wandering the expanse of the decently large backyard. Green grass flowed in the breeze that kissed its surface, making the flowers and trees dance. The trees were large, a single Bonsai tree in the center of two cherry blossom trees. Blackberry vines curled around the diamond patterned fence, the sweet scent of the dark fruit waltzing around the air. Though it would all end as the fall approached, today seemed rather perfect. Like a faerie soire.

"Appa." Namjoon spoked up.

The aforementioned man set his tea cup down on the outdoor table in between him and his son. He gave all his attention as he turned to look at Namjoon.

"I want to marry Jin."

Mr.Kim held no expression other than his relaxed one. He thought for a few moments. Namjoon knew this could end very good, or it could go down the drain. But his father was a gentle man, so he knew it couldn't end too bad.

"I see." Mr.Kim replied.

After another minute of silence he finally spoke. "If that's what you want, I say go for it. Just remember that marriage is a very serious thing. You have my full support. As far as the media, don't listen to what they say. Our image is superficial. We are not perfect, but just because we aren't perfect doesn't mean we can't love who we want."

"Thanks, dad." Namjoon smiled, his dimples on display while his father chuckled, mirroring the same dimpled smile.

Who are you???

"Yes, eomma. I've arrived in Seoul."

I shifter my bags to carry them more comfortably. I lied through my teeth to my own mother, but they left me no choice.

"No no, I'm fine. I promise. Yes. Okay. Bye. Love you too."

The call ended and I looked around the all too familiar city. I breathed in the Ilsan air, smiling to myself.

I told my parents I'd never search again. Lied to him that I didn't love him and I wouldn't come back. I had no choice then. But now I do, and I'm gonna look for him.

I'm ready to take back what once was mine.

Jin's pov •

These past few months with Namjoon have been so perfect. I finally won over the man I loved so much. He learned to accept me and now we are happy together.

There were some downs. Namjoon received some criticism but the boys and I have been guiding him into acceptance and he's doing quite well at it.

A warm embrace snaked around my waist, pulling me into a strong chest. I smiled and basked in the emotion that made my heart clench with excitement.

"What are you making?" Namjoon asked me, his chin resting on my shoulder.

"Kimchi fried rice, bulgogi, and miso soup."

"Sounds delicious. Can I help?" He offered, smiling mischievously.

"Absolutely not! Last time you and your father nearly burned the house down because mom and I decided to leave dinner to you guys." I said with wide eyes and worry.

"Bummer." Namjoon pouted.

Jin turned his back while in search for chicken broth. Leaving the kimchi paste unattended.

That left Namjoon with the notion to try and pick some up. But, before his finger could even touch the paste, he retracted his hand when he got smacked with the spatula on his hand.

"Ow!"

"I said no. And that means no sneaking food." Jin huffed.

"Alright, alright." Namjoon put his hands up in surrender, then pulled his boyfriend in for a hug. Jin returned the gesture, while Namjoon dipped his finger in the delicious paste and put it to his mouth.

"Namjoon, I swear!" Jin shouted, making the elder laugh and pull away.

"You're not getting any food." The femboy stated, making Namjoon frown.

"What?! Nooo, Jinnie I love your food as much as I love you. Don't do this to meee." He whined.

"Hehehe~" Jin laughed devilishly.

The bell rung, interrupting their playful banter.

"Ah, that must be the guys. I'll go open the door." Namjoon offered.

"Mm! Give them the snacks I made. Don't finish them on your own, you little sneaky."

Namjoon chuckled, rolling his eyes. "Fine, fine. Mrs.bossy."

He approached the door, smiling widely as he opened it. "Hey, you guys are early-"

Namjoon's eyes widened, seeing the person who stood before him, a semi sweet, flirty smile on her face.

"Hey, Namjoonie. It's been a while, hasn't it?"

As soon as that voice rang in his ears, he knew his entire world has come to a halt.

His first love had returned.
