She was told apparently SLTs was cancelled, in which, she jumped around for at least a minute. This was put down instantly when miss Obah approached each of them to tell them it wasn't cancelled and they needed to come after school.

"So, last lesson we were talking about the consequences of sexting. Todays excercise will demonstrate just how quickly your images can spread to places you really don't want them to." Jojo explained, making the class all stand up.

"Well done, map bitch." Kirra said, watching the girl hand out string.

"Okay, so, todays exercise is called the blue string game. Would you like to talk us through it, miss woods?" Jojo continued.

"So the filet roll is a sext and the blue string is the World Wide Web. This is about the dangers of sexting and how quickly informs an he spread. So I want you to move those toilet rolls around the string and Malakai and Amerie to try and get them." Woodsy explained.

Kirra watched as the toilet roll was pushed to her, giving it a light push it shot down to the next person. The next piece went to her, she pushed it towards Sasha.

Her phone pinged repeatedly and Kirra just stared at it. She saw the label of 'sand' pop up. Knowing the contact was Dusty.

Years prior the contact name was probably something cute like 'Dustyy 💕'; the memory of their relationship in year 10 made Kirra sick. Not because it was a bad relationship, but because the nickname and the idea of dating Dusty was gross to her now.

Her brother ran into the room. "Bonjour, Ki." He swung the door open; a jacket slung over his shoulder.

"What do you want?" She quickly grabbed at her phone, avoiding his eyes.

"I would, first, like to know why Dusty is texting me about his band. And, secondly, where were you at school yesterday? Barely saw you." Luis said, softly rocking back and forth as he spoke.

Luis was one and three months older than Kirra, meaning he was in year 12. So, on days when he was in he would torment Kirra. Consistently. However, when she wasn't there to torment (or better yet, ditching) he would annoy her to no ends when she was home.

"I don't know." She shrugged, knowing her boring answer would make him roll his eyes. Which it did. She opened her phone, seeing the countless messages.

Dusty repeatedly asking if Kirra could still play her bass guitar. Apparently they were missing a member. Kirra just gave a thumbs up to one message towards the end of his rants and panics.

"I'm going out." Kirra said, not looking away from her phone. She grabbed the red 'slap band' and a puffer jacket to throw over her green top and short checkered skirt. This time she had matching green converse instead of heels.

"Where?" Luis followed her movements.

"Out." She said, tying her laces. She didn't bother to look up at him.

"Right. Can't even threaten snitching... cause I'm going out too." Luis said, scratching the back of his neck. He looked away awkwardly.

"Where?" Kirra said, before pausing. "No, actually, shut up. Who is it?"

"A girl." He replied in a mocking giggly voice. Kirra smacked his shoulder and walked past him.

Knocking on Dustys door, she started to yell. "Dusty your saviour is here!"

"Hey, Ki." He said, opening the door.

"Hey." She smiled being let in, the party started to fill up quite quickly.

"Missy!" She shouted, finding her friend.

"Holy shit, you look good." The girl said, earning a grin from Kirra. "Where have you been? I texted you before offering a lift."

"Oh I was trying to find an outfit, must left my phone or something." She said, she wanted to surprise her friends. "Right I'll see you later I've got to find more people."

She spotted Ant and Spider drinking from a vodka bottle. "Pass me some of that?" She asked, Ant immediately passed the bottle. Kirra took a large gulp, squeezing her eyes shut in response. Spider held the lime above her and she opened her mouth to swallow it.

"Right we've got to go." She said, noticing Dusty's nod.

She jumped on stage, grabbing her guitar and starting to tune it slightly.

"I'm a fark!" Spider yelled into a mic. Kirra just rolled her eyes.

"Estúpido." She whispered. She spun round to her mic.

"Hello. Thank you all for coming out tonight. We are here in support of the Global Women's project. Speaking of women we welcome Kirra Moreno, taking over from Henry." Dusty started introducing the band, Kirra caught onto a few suspicious words that he coughed up.

'The Global Women's project'. That's why Dusty asked her to play. Cause they needed a woman. She was an easy backup plan for them. Kirra slightly rolled her eyes at Dusty and all the girls swooning from his 'caring' comments.

"Also want to thank my Dad. Anyway, we're Renaissance Titties, and I want to give a shout out to someone special in the audience. There she is." He said, pointing towards someone. "Hey, Harper."

Kirra let out a quick whistle towards the girl, laughing straight after. "This song is for Harper McLean." Dusty said. "It's called my life is nothing without the warm embrace of your sweet left cheek." Kirra couldn't help but laugh when he told her the song, she couldn't help but laugh now. "A one, a two, a one, two, three, four." The band started to play.

They sang a few songs that were known and the boys wrote themselves. Now, Kirra wasn't narcissistic (maybe a little bit) but she swore at least 4 of the songs written were about her at least a verse or two.

Especially when Dusty looked directly at her and talked about 'eyes like cats' 'long dark hair' 'crazy soul' it could've kept going.
