He Smiled as he approached his sister's house, he could already here their voices,
"Uncle Uncle Khalid" the twins ran towards him and he easily picked them up,
"How are you, Zayn and Zara"
"Fine, fine" they responded, he put them down and said,
"Close your eyes" they did when they opened it, he was holding a sweet chocolate, they collected it and giggled, he gave them another surprise, when they opened their eyes, he held out money which they grabbed, then Zara pulled him down and pecked his cheeks,
"Khalid you are spoiling my kids" his sister said walking towards them, the two children ran away from there dramatically, Khalid laughed while his sister frowned,
"Come on Maya, I am their favorite Uncle"
"You are their only Uncle" she said, ushering him in, they both sat
"So what's up, hey , where is your husband"
She shook her head,
"You are so clueless, you don't care about me anymore"
"What? I do"
"If you did, you would know that my husband travelled since last two weeks"
"I am sorry" he apologized
"It's fine, what have you been up to?"
"Just promoting my business, it's going pretty well tho"

"Of course" they laughed,
"So what about Sandra"
"She is ok, She is currently working on a paper, but she is good"
"And what about Sylvia?"
"What?" He was shocked,
"I mean does she know that you have a girlfriend" she asked her brother seriously,
"I don't understand what has Sylvia got to do do with my girlfriend" he asked, he did not understand why his sister was all over the topic, it made him uncomfortable,
"I saw you two"
"Saw what?, Saw who?"
"You and Sylvia at the party, you were all over each other" she said, he sighed and face palmed,
"It's nothing, honestly", he lied,
"It has s something, whatever you two are doing, is not right, she is literally your aunt, you are doing bad to your uncle by doing those things with his wife"
"Maya, stop we are not doing anything"
"You really don't have to keep lying, I saw enough to know what was going on in there, it is not right"
"I have to leave now" Khalid said standing up,
"Sure but know that no matter what happens, I have your back, I love you baby bro" she said, he nodded as he exited the house, he wished to tell the children goodbye but he was too upset,
How did Maya know, was her knowledge indepth, did she know the deal, would she be a threat, he refused to think of all this, not now.
Sylvia
I walked into the mansion exhausted, after hours of shopping I just wanted to lay down and sleep, I handed the butler the shopping bags and walked down the hall heading to my husband's room,
As usual he was reading and going through one of his business ledgers, his body might be weakening but I know he is a strong man that is one of the reason that I love him, he would never just sit around doing nothing, he looked up from the document and smiled when he saw me, I smiled led back walking closer to him,
"How did the shopping go"
"Good" I replied weakly,
"What's wrong are you okay?"
" Not really" I reply sitting down" I am so exhausted from the shopping but I have been feeling weak generally for some days now"
He pinched his fingers as he always did when he was thinking,
"Do you have any other symptoms"
"Yeah nausea and headaches, I also do feel dizzy sometimes, I think I have come down with something" I say,
He pinched his fingers again,
"When last have you seen your monthly flow?"
"What?" Why was he asking me something so personal,
"Just answer me"
I thought hard, "errm I think last two months but I think it's stress, I have irregular periods sometimes" I say,
"My dear, I think you are with child"
"What? How?"
He raised his eyebrows, of course I knew how,
"We have to visit the doctor tomorrow, when you are rested, he would confirm it all"
"I can't believe this"
"You better do, come here" I went, he hugged me.
I felt genuinely happy, not shopping happy, I prayed that when I visited the doctor it would come out positive,
But for now, I really need to sleep
