Eryzo killed the ignition to her 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL. She grabbed her pink Von Dutch handbag and trotted her way up her mom's cemented driveway. It was the driveway that lead to her childhood home. The house looked exactly the same and she couldn't be more proud that her mom wanted to keep it in the family.

After unlocking the door and trotting inside, she hung her keys on the key hook and removed her feet from her Tory Burch slides. "Mommy, I'm home!" She announced hearing Jasmine Sullivan's angelic voice being played through the sound speakers.

"We're in the kitchen mooney!"

Making a beeline to the kitchen, Eryzo's mouth watered seeing the huge spread that her mom was setting up. It was Sunday and every Sunday her mom cooked a huge dinner for her kids. Even though it was just four of them, her mom cooked as if it was a family reunion.

"Mommy everything looks great." She pouted, going around the island to hug her mom, older sister, and older brother. Eryzo was the youngest of three and was spoiled rotten by her immediate family.

"Thank you mooney, you're a little later than usual. Were you stuck in traffic?"

"That, and I left the house late. I was trying to get my lesson plans for the week situated." Eryzo nodded. "Brodie why you looking at me like that?" She frowned noticing her big brother with a disappointing expression.

"We'll talk later." Her brother, Erys, replied. The tone in his voice made her anxious, and by the look on his face she could tell that he wasn't happy with her about something.

"Eryonna can you do my hair next weekend?" She asked her sister.

"Yeah but you gone have to come either early morning or early night." Eryzo was always so thankful that her sister was a hairstylist. Eryonna managed all of her braids and natural hair care. She tried to book on her site as much as possible, but most of the times Eryonna was too booked. She was grateful that her sister always squeezed her in when needed.

After they had small conversation, the three siblings helped set the table and transfer all of the food to the dining room. The spread consisted of Fried Chicken and Fish, Collard Greens, Macaroni, Sweet Potatoes, and a Strawberry Shortcake.

Once the food was shared out and a prayer was said, they all dug in savoring each taste that the dishes brought to their pallet. "So how was everyone's last two weeks?" The mom, Shantè, asked. Shanté was a darkskinned woman. Eryzo was the only child that took after her fudge-brown skin. She didn't look a day over thirty, and most people thought that she was her children's older sister.

"Mines was good, I've been booked as usual because of school starting back up again. I think I'm gone do a sale for my college girlies. I know they'll eat that up." Eryonna started. She loved throwing sales for her college clients. She knew how hard and stressful it was to find a good, affordable stylist while being a college student, so she always did sales specifically for them.

"They definitely will. Would you have them show you their school ID or how will you verify them being a college student?" Eryzo wondered.

Eryonna poured hot sauce all over her food before responding, "They'll have to show proof through their school ID, or like some type of email proving that their attending. So like proof of housing or enrollment. Sometimes I have girls who just try to get a discounted style without even being enrolled."

"Yeah I think proof of enrollment or a class schedule of the year because some people could come in and use their college ID from years ago too." Shantè added. Eryonna nodded, taking in all the advice.
