Cassiopeia's POV

Once the empty, classroom door closed behind Andromeda, Cassiopeia was left with a whirlwind of thoughts swirling in her mind. She couldn't believe what she had just been told. Andromeda was in love with a muggleborn, something that would surely tear her family apart if they ever found out.

Cassiopeia's heart ached for her cousin. She had always admired Andromeda's strength and independence, and now she understood the weight that her cousin carried on her shoulders. With each passing moment, it became clearer to Cassiopeia that she too had a role to play in all of this.

Determined to help Andromeda and her lover, Cassiopeia began brainstorming. The rising dark lord that her cousin had mentioned was another troubling factor. Though it was just rumours at the moment, who knows when it could escalate into something greater. Cassiopeia knew she couldn't ignore the danger that lurked in the shadows.

As she stood in the empty classroom, Cassiopeia's mind quickly strategized. She thought of forming alliances with other like-minded students, those who valued love and acceptance over pureblood supremacy. With their collective strength, they could work together to ensure the safety of Andromeda's lover and thwart the dark lord's plans.

Cassiopeia was aware that she couldn't do this alone. She needed to involve her twin brother, Sirius. Together, they could be a formidable force against the darkness that threatened to consume their world. Cassiopeia knew that Sirius, with his Gryffindor courage, would never back down from a fight.

Taking a deep breath, Cassiopeia left the classroom, her mind resolved and her heart set on protecting her family and those she cared about. She would be a beacon of hope in the midst of turmoil, using her intelligence and cunning to navigate the treacherous waters that lay ahead.

As she walked the halls of Hogwarts, Cassiopeia couldn't help but feel the weight of her moral ambiguity. She would be treading the fine line between right and wrong, using whatever means necessary to achieve her goals. The path ahead was uncertain, but she knew that she had the strength and determination to face whatever challenges awaited her.

From that moment forward, Cassiopeia Black embraced her role as a protector. She would ensure that Andromeda and her lover could be together, despite the obstacles that stood in their way. And as she looked out at the Hogwarts grounds, Cassiopeia pledged to herself that she would never let the darkness consume her, no matter how morally grey her actions may become.

Sirius' POV

On the third morning of their first year at Hogwarts, Sirius Black was sitting at the Gryffindor table with his dorm mates, finishing up their breakfast. James, Remus, and Chance were engrossed in opening their letters from home, eager to see what news awaited them. Sirius, however, couldn't help but keep an eye out for the arrival of the post owls.

His keen eyes caught sight of his family owl, Izar, flying towards the Slytherin table. Dropping off a letter for his twin sister, Cassiopeia, Izar quickly took off again. Sirius's heart sunk as he realized that his own letter was about to arrive. He glanced nervously at his friends, who were already engrossed in their own correspondence.

Finally, the barn owl carrying the dreaded red envelope appeared, making a beeline straight towards Sirius. Time seemed to slow down as the owl flew closer, and with each moment, his anxiety grew. As the owl landed gracefully in front of him, it dropped the howler and quickly departed.

Sirius's stomach churned as he reached for the howler, his friends looking on with concern. The hesitation in his eyes was evident as he propped it open with trembling hands. Taking a deep breath, Sirius braced himself for what was to come. A surge of anger and disappointment filled the Great Hall as his mother's voice erupted from the letter, amplified by the magic contained within. The once cheerful ambiance was instantly transformed into an uncomfortable silence, as if everyone could hear the sharp words being hurled at him.
