Unexpected Love

Part 6

After saysing so I looked at him because I was nervous he would disagree,he accepted to spend the remaining 7 days with me because I told him I would show him around the village.I was getting nervous and worried thinking he might disagree.To my suprise he replied saying,"Fine.That's good idea,I love it.I'll keep on driving and you tell me where to stop".Thank god,I felt really relaxed after hearing those words.Then we started and he was driving.I opened my window to feel the cool breeze and those green fields.It was really magnificient.We kept on going like that without any destination.We had already gone far from our village.It was almost lunchtime.So,I suggested we have lunch.Then we stopped at a restraunt for lunch.We ordered our food and were just sitting silently.To break the silence I was about to say something but was interrupted by someone's voice saying"Hey!Deeps How are you?".I turned around to see who it was and to my suprise he was my male best friend during school.He came and sat beside me and wrapped his hand around my shoulder and said,"You really forgot me right.Do you even know who I am to you?"I looked at him and said,"How can I forget you.My dearest boyfriend.I miss you".After saying so I looked at Akhil to introduce him but he introduced himself saying,"Hello.I am Deepthi's boyfriend.Nice meeting you".I was dumbstruck by what he said and I was just looking at him with my mouth wide open.What did he do right now.My mind was not able to process what happened just now.But I snapped out of my thoughts when my friend said,"Woahhh!You really are amazing.You even found a handsome guy as your boyfriend.I did not expect someone could even bare you.You didn't even bother telling me about this seriously ".I smiled at him confusingly and whispered to myself,"I only didn't know that I had boyfriend till now how should I tell you".My bestie then said,"Fine looks like you two are on a date carry on.I might be interrupting you".I then shook my head in disagreement and told him,"There's nothing like that.It's fine you can sit for sometime.Anyways I bumped into you after many years".He told me that it's fine and hugged me and left.I then turned my head towards Akhil and went near the table and sat down.I asked him,"Since when did you become my boyfriend that to without my consent".He ignorantly said,"He sounded like a playboy so I thought it would be better to get rid of him.So,I told him I am your boyfriend then he would think we are out on a date or something and leave soon".I muttered"He might be a playboy but atleast he is better than you"."I can hear you"he said.I ignored him and ate my lunch.After we had our lunch,we came out and Akhil told me to wait there so he could go and get the car.Meanwhile,I was just looking around and found a park just a bit further away.I was about to go there just then he came and asked me to get in the car.I said,"No,Let's go to that park over there it looks beautiful".He told,"Fine if you want but get in the car,we can park the car near the park ".I got in the car and he drove to the park.After reaching there I started walking around and observing things and he followed me.Then,I saw a few excercise equipments.I went there and started excercising just for fun.Then he came there and was standing like a statue.Seeing him like that I asked him,"Why stand like that can't you comeover and play like me?"He told me,"It's fine you carry on".I sighed and continued doing my excercise.He was just walking around and went over to bring a drink  just then I slipped and fell on the ground.There was a guy over there who was also excercising.He ran over to me when I fell and was asking me,"What happened?Are you okay?Did it hurt anywhere?Can you walk?"I felt like my leg is a bit hurt but I told him,"Yeah I am fine it's ok".He was helping me up just then Akhil came with 2 drinks in his hands but instantly dropped them and came to me runnning he asked me,"Deepu What happened?Why are you limping?Did your feet hurt? "Then the boy who was holding me said,"She fell down while excercising so I ran over to help her.She hurt her feet and is not able to walk so I helped her stand up".Akhil worridly said,"Does it hurt badly let's go to the hospital.Come I'll carry you hop on my back".The boy helped me hop on Akhil's back and Akhil was heading to the car.He slowly put me down on my seat and helped me put my seatbelt.In the car I told him,"No need to go to the hospital for this it will get set by tomorrow morning.Don't worry".He looked at me angrily and said,"There's not one thing you do properly.You get hurt and make other's worry about you.You don't even know how to take care of yourself.Just shut your mouth and sit silently".I was happy he cared about me but he sounded rude I didn't get why he had to be angry over such a thing.He took me to the hospital and the doctor did some stretching and fixed my pain.The day passed by and I came back home.It was a really tiring and irritating day.The entire day was confusing and crazy.The remaining days also passed by in a jiffy.Each day we went somewhere and had fun.They were all wonderful and I had numerous memories to take back with me.The last day came  we decided to go to a beach.We both played till the evening and exactly at sunset we were totally exhausted and just sat by the shore,watching the sunset.Then I realized I had to tell him something I held back all this while.I called him and he turned towards me.I said,"Akhil,I have something really important to tell you since today is the last day and I don't  think I'll get another chance if I miss this".He confusingly said,"What is it?Tell me".I replied,"These 7 days were all wonderful and memorable thanks to you.Each and every moment is precious to me.I know they may not mean the same to you.From the day I met you till now I wish to see you again and again.Even now I wish I could see you again tomorrow but my bad i'm leaving.First of all thank you for giving me more than what I deserve.From day one till today you have no feelings towards me.I am sorry I couldn't do the same.I don't know if I am allowed to say this.I love you Akhil with all my heart.I am sorry I couldn't keep my feelings to myself till the end.I didn't tell you to disturb you or expect you to love me back.I  told you because I felt you need to know this.I can't let all these memories of us be like just friends.In each and every memory I was in love with you,all my actions and words show my love towards you and not friendship".I stood up and took his hand opened it and kept the ring my grandma gave me in his hand and told,"This ring is really precious to me.Even if you don't like it please don't throw it.Just keep it somewhere.My grandma gave this to me befor she died.She told me to give it to someone whom I love like her.You are the one I love like that in fact more than that.So please keep it and don't throw it".I said those words and was about to leave just then he grabbed my hand and pulled me into kiss.I couldn't stop him or i didn't want to,I don't know but that moment all I wanted was to feel him.I let out tears that held all my pain and sadness.I let them all out and kissed him back.After that he looked into my eyes held my face in his hand and said,"I am really really glad I met you.You don't even know what impact your presence has created in my life.I am worried about tomorrow more than you.I am afraid I will go back to my old self.All these days are also memorable to me but I cannot love you back or give you what you wish for,not because you are not worthy or something.It's because you deserve better than me I don't want you to stop at me.Also I owe someone so much that I can't do anything without their consent.You should find someone who understands and loves you more than how much you love them.You are so sweet and so attractive that no one can refrain themselves from getting attached to you.I'll keep this little gift you gave me and will always remain as the person you once loved.Also I'll come to the airport along with you to drop you off".After hearing those words from him tears ran down my eyes.I couldn't say whether they were happy or sad tears.He wiped my tears and hugged me for a while.Later,he dropped me at my home.The next day he kept his promise and came to drop me at the airport.That was the last time I saw him or contacted him.
