It's been a month since we started dating but Manisha told me not to announce our relationship yet. I have no idea why but I respect her decision.

Today Manisha is very excited because she is going to meet my friends and she will also do her favorite thing in the world- shopping.
Meri jaan jaldi aa late ho raha hai, I shouted.
It's been 10 minutes I am sitting there in the car but Manisha is still late.
Bas aa gayi babu, lipstick laga rahi thi, she said and came running.

She started blushing and started looking at the window.
After some time we finally reached the destination.
I got off my car to open the door for Manisha.
We entered the mall.
She met my friends and she instantly fitted in. She made everyone laugh.
Then after some time we dispersed intro groups.
Manisha with the female friends of the group and I went with the Male friends of the group.
Manisha's pov
All the girls sat in a circle in the garden outside the mall talking about random things.
Guys do you all have any crushes? , One of the girls from the group said.
Yeh hui na baat, yeh aya mera wala topic ab maza ayega, I said in my mind.
Mera toh sabko pata hi hai, Riya said.
And everyone nodded their head.
Mujhe nahi pata, mujhe bhi batao, I said.
Actually mujhe Abhishek pasand hai, she said while blushing.
Okay Manisha iska mooh mat todna, calm down Manisha, I said in my mind trying to calm myself.
Haan haan Riya terko toh Abhishek kitne salo se pasand hai, Palak said.

They moved and started talking about another topic but my mood was destroyed.
After one hour of fake smile, finally Abhishek came. I saw Riya Blushing which made my blood boil but I chose to ignore it.
Then his friends left.

I smiled at him but then I saw our height difference.
Our height difference never made me that insecure but today it looked a little odd.

Abhishek starting driving and he was telling me about his day but I just couldn't focus anymore.

Manisha kya hua hai tujhe? Jaldi bata? , I asked.
I noticed something unusual about her behaviour.
Kuch nahi mujhe kya hoga? Main theek hoon. Maine bataya na main bas thodi thaki huyi hoon, she said with a fake smile.
Manisha main tujhe itna toh janta hoon ki tera saach aur jhoot ka pata laga loon, jaldi bata, I said.
Then I saw tears started forming in her eyes.
I then quickly removed my seatbelt and hugged her.
Kya hua beta? , I asked her gently.
Hum tere liye theek nahi hai. Tu koi aur dhoond le, she said while crying.

Main sahi keh rahi hoon. Humari height bhi match nahi hoti aur hum itne sundar bhi nahi hai, Isliye hum nahi batana chahte the sabko humre baare mei, she said.
Meri jaan aisa kuch nahi hai. Yeh bata waha kya hua? I said.
She narrated me the whole story.
Manisha ek baat bolu? Mujhe toh humara height difference bahut pyara lagta hai. Kyunki jab tu mujhe hug karti hai toh tu mere dil ki dhadkan sunti hai. Aur meri dil ki har ek dhadkan mera pyar tere liya jatati hai. Aur baat rahi sundarta ki, toh phir aaj agar Abhishek Malhan ke saamne koi model bhi khadi hogi toh phir woh sirf Apni Manisha Rani ko dhoondega kyunki uske liye sabse sundar wohi hai. Teri har cheez mujhe acchi lagti hai. Samjhi?, I told her.
She nodded her head and I wiped her tears.
She looked directly in my eyes.

I love you too meri jaan, I replied back.
I looked into her eyes. Her innocent eyes. I started diving in the ocean of her beautiful brown eyes.
Manisha agar main terko aisi hi dekhta raha na toh main control kho dunga, I said.
I quickly put my seatbelt and started driving and I saw her blushing.
She is so cute.
Then I put on the radio. We started listening to the song while laughing and talking.
