Sirius and Regulus made up, Regulus shared his findings of the horcrux with the rest of them, eventually defeating Voldemort in the first war.
Peter became his own person. He worked to become a Herbologist and succeeded. He also didn't join Voldemorts side.
Remus and Sirius married and adopted a child, who they name Teddy, a werewolf like Remus who need adopting.
James never fell in love again, but he adopted his own child, naming her Renata, after his true love.
Regulus didn't marry or have children but he spent time with Sirius and took up the role of uncle proudly, babysitting Teddy a lot.
They all got together on Renata's birthday and spent time together, celebrating her memory.
