A/N

Idk what it is but I'm incapable of not alternating Rosé's name from Chaeyoung to Rosie in any of my stories depending on the scene, especially in this story.

Anyone not in the fandom would be very confused but I'm not sorry because in my mind its like Jennie switching from Nini to Ruby Jane and Lisa to Limario lol. It has to be appropriate for the setting so sorry not sorry. Jisoo is always unapologetically Jisoo no matter what so our turtle rabbit really doesn't need an alter ego lol.

Anyways, emotional chapter with fluffy feels, carry on baby brats and drop me some commentssss cus I'm bored and they entertain me.

Jennie didn't question why they suddenly changed their plans to go to Thailand already instead of Jeju island. She figured maybe Lisa had gotten emotional about Jennie's own mother dying too just like hers and that's why they skipped their plans in Jeju to go visit Lisa's hometown of Buri Ram.

Lisa showed Jennie around. She had been little the last time she lived there but she visited her mother often after moving in with the Parks when they took her in so she could study in Korea so Lisa was still very much familiar with everything. Even after her mother passed, Lisa made at least a bi yearly trip on her mother's birthdays and on the day she passed to go visit her grave.

Even Rosie was familiar with Buri Ram because she'd traveled back with Lisa many times ever since she turned sixteen because her parents trusted her enough to let her go on her own with her best friend.

They only spent a day there. Jennie and Lisa spent a few hours at Lisa's mother's grave after seeing the sights and Lisa's old home. The other girls had visited too but let them have some privacy after a while.

"Hey mommy. This is my girlfriend, Jennie. The girl that I've been raving to you about every night. She's so pretty isn't she? Thanks for giving me good genes or I wouldn't have pulled her because she's way out of my league." Lisa said as she laid her mother's favorite flowers down and Jennie blushed at the compliment.

"She's crazy talented too mom. She's so so smart, you already know about all of her accomplishments but I know the one you'd be most in awe of is the fact she actually managed to make me get my grades up and to actually like school. So much that I graduated with honors because of her." Lisa giggled.

"That was a way more impressive feat than handling a nonprofit all while juggling school with one of the hardest majors isn't it?" Lisa continued, pausing for a second. "Yeah, I think so too. She's pretty much a genius and she knows me too well, I think you'd encourage her to play me and manipulate me into being good if you were still here."

Jennie hugged Lisa as she watched her talk to her mom. Lisa told her mom all about her life and Jennie watched in silence, enveloping herself around Lisa.

Usually Lisa was the one to hold her but this time Jennie wanted to be the one to do it. It just felt right. Lisa eventually said all she needed to say and they sat there in quiet silence for a while. Jennie finally spoke up once it was getting a little dark.

"Lili?"

"Yes baby?"

"Do you think I could talk to her alone for a bit? There's some things I really want to say to her."

Lisa smiled warmly, her chest blooming at the fact Jennie actually wanted to talk to her mom, even though she wasn't really there.

"I'll be by Marco's grave, it's over there. Come get me when you're done love."

Jennie pecked her on the lips and watched her go. She turned to Chitthip's grave, taking a deep breath and started speaking.

"I just wanted to say thank you, for making her and for sacrificing your time with her and your entire savings to send her to Korea. I know how much you loved her because there's not a single day she doesn't talk about you and if it wasn't for you sacrificing your time with her I would have never met her and my life would be empty, like I'm sure yours was once she left.
