We walked out of the club and I was grateful for the fresh air. I was feeling so flustered with what happened and I couldn't believe that I allowed someone to do that to me when I barely knew them.

I was nervous not knowing how he was going to treat me after but to my surprise, as we left his office, he placed his hand around my lower back and stayed by me as we walked out together.

Many people stared at us but most pretended to be looking elsewhere. The few that did stop to talk to him were quickly introduced to me. He didn't give me a status just a simple. So and so this is Mila. Mila this is so and so. Nonetheless, he didn't seem ashamed to be around me and often looked over at me and smiled.

I was also nervous that everyone knew exactly what just had happened and were silently judging me. I managed to calm myself and not embarrass myself in front his friends.

As we were walking down the stairs the blonde noticed our exit and stormed in his direction, clearly not happy seeing him walking away with me.

"Mr Logan, not to pry into your business but Gary told me you were leaving. The clubs not closing for a few hours and there are many people that still want to see you. I don't think you should be leaving now" she gave me an up and down "I'm sure we can find her a ride home. There's no need for you to worry about it" she tried to smile sweetly.

"Jessica, while I appreciate your concern for my comings and going's, I hired what I thought were competent people to look after things when I'm not around. Was I wrong to assume that you were one of them?" He was clearly annoyed at being questioned by her.

"No. Not at all. I was just trying to be helpful" she seemed to be taken aback and tried to smooth over the situation. I could see her eyes flicker in my direction and could feel the hate oozing off of her.

"Very good. Then you should be able to close the place down without me holding your hand. Now if you excuse me, Mila here hasn't eaten in a while and I want to make sure she's fed and taken care of." I could see him give me a mischievous smile and I wasn't sure what he had in mind.

He began ushering me out and gave me a quick kiss on the temple as we stepped out the door.

As I began walking to my car, he pulled me back and wrapped his arms around me.

"Where do you think you're going?" He asked me playfully.

"To my car. I need to take it home" I tried to wiggle out of his hold which made him grab me tighter.

Give me your keys. I'll make sure it gets back to your place tonight.

I looked at him and decided not to argue. He let me go and I fished the keys out of my purse and handed them to him.

I saw him message someone and a minute later a young kid, maybe twenty or something, jogged up to him and grabbed my keys.

Jake nodded at him and the kid beamed, clearly happy to be acknowledged by him. He turned back to me and extended his hand for me to take.

I grabbed it and we made our way to his car. Butterflies were having a whirl storm in my stomach and I wasn't sure what was happening but I liked it very much.

He came over to the passenger side and opened the door for me. I could smell his cologne and took in his features once more. I don't think I've ever seen a more handsome man in my life. His rugged looks, his soft stubble on his chin and his dark eyes that stared deep into mine. The way his suit fit him perfectly...my mind went blank and I completely spaced out on what I was doing. I heard him clear his throat and I snapped of it, quickly stepping inside  the car. He smirked knowingly and hopped into the drivers seat.
