Pedro Salazar was an immigrant from Guatemala. He migrated to America for a better life. His country was fighting a lot, and too many people were starving. He was now living in Arizona, hoping to adjust and start a better life, the American way.
He faced a lot of racist people, because of his nationality. He hardly spoke English. It was difficult for Pedro to make any friends. It was also challenging for him to look for work. All he wanted to was live the American dream.
Would that dream ever come true?
